I genuinely struggled to believe it was the same place. This could be a serious competitor to Bungo, the music venue part is now a kitchen and dining area, and the old, dark bar is now bright and modern,...and it serves West Hefeweizen!
We opted for the burgers, it is after all what Lebowski's are famous for, they're not particularly cheap and you pay for extra toppings, but they come with a choice of skinny fries or tats (sic). They were very friendly, I even got a tour, and were very generous to our party. The service in general was good too.
I really liked my burger even though I'd only elected to have a smoked Applewood cheese slice on it augmented by ketchup from the table. The bun stayed together, the juicy burger stayed together, and the meat was of good quality and nicely seasoned. What more can you ask for from a patty? The skinny fries were as good as any too.
