I own a single family in Waltham and I have 2 air conditioning/heating systems. I had one of the units stop working unexpectedly. I called into the office and spoke with Shawn and after a brief hold he said he could have someone come but they were very busy and it could be a day or two and if an opening came up he would contact me. I stressed that my elderly mom was staying with me and the unit that was broke was for the room where she slept. They made me a top priority and Randy Leblanc(owner) called me back shortly after and said even though the schedule was full, he would come out personally and fix it. Shortly after, he arrived and determined I needed a new blower. He returned about an hour later with the part and installed it. I thought it was an A+ experience from start to finish...and best of all, my mom stayed nice and cool while visiting! Thank You Leblanc team!! If anyone ever has any HVAC problems, this is the company you want to call for sure!! read more

When your furnace stops working on the coldest day of the year not to mention a holiday weekend and you call a company who gets back to you right away and then sends someone out to fix the problem. This is the company you want to keep for all future needs. I called LeBlanc Mechanical and Matt was so understanding and very reassuring from the minute we spoke until the time he arrived at my home. He understood my need for urgency and sent Chris his technician to my home to diagnose and begin repairs. I did not wait hours and nor did they take hours to repair my problem. Both gentlemen were very kind and friendly. The consideration given was beyond belief. I am forever grateful. Randy LeBlanc you run a great company and your staff is wonderful!! read more

I can't say enough positive things about Randy and his team at LeBlanc Mechanical - and we've recommended them to friends, family and neighbors. Whenever we have an HVAC issue in our home, they are our first call. They are quick not only to respond, but also to send someone out, which anyone with an HVAC issue knows is essential. That includes a time when our AC stopped working during a heatwave, as well as when our heat stopped working during a cold snap - both times when I knew they were particularly busy but they worked overtime to get their teams to our house. Their technicians have deep expertise, can fix anything, are professional and polite, and most of all, seem to truly care about the work they do and the satisfaction of their customers. read more

I want to give a shout out to Leblanc Mechanical today! As you all know, we have had a heat wave over this 4th of July holiday. My air conditioning system stopped working properly and was blowing hot air. I reached out to Leblanc's operations manager, Shawn, to see if it might be possible get someone out to my home-- being aware of the holiday, last minute call and a possible long list of other clients. All was true but Shawn's customer service was first rate. He was so kind, understanding and reliable. His promise was his word and thankfully, one of his fabulous crew was here and problem solved. I have been using Leblanc for several years and they are always so responsive, professional and reasonable. Grateful to Leblanc and to Shawn!! read more

It's never fun finding out that your AC isn't working a few days before summer begins. The first company who came to look at our Central AC unit said, "Your compressor is dead. Your fluid is low and you probably need a new unit all together (est. $4500-6000). Check who installed this as there should be a warranty on it; it's only two years old." So I did. I called Leblanc who sent someone to our house within 48 hours. Diagnosis: "Just some blockage. Compressor is fine. Fluid isn't low at all." 30 minutes later our central air was up and running. Soooo, Leblanc saved us A LOT of money and sleepless nights with no AC in the summer. They were prompt, professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend using their service. read more

Leblanc has come through for me twice now. Once to fix a heating issue that I could not identify. Not only did they come and fix the problem to restore heat in our home they did all the extra steps to make the system run efficiently for the season. Then again today I had a burst exterior faucet and had to shut off the water into my entire home. Again they dropped everything restore the water to my home and ensure this issue would be ok for the rest of the winter. I cant thank Sean enough for his great communications and efforts to take care of us in a crisis situation. I will be using them again and again. Customer service with quality technical service is hard to come by. read more

I called and spoke with Shawn last week as a new customer with LeBlanc. We were looking to have new insulation put in around our units outside, as well as a routine service of the 2 Fujitsu's. An appointment was confirmed for today between 8am-12. Jake arrived on time, was respectful of entering the house, explained all details of the work, tested everything when he was finished and did a thorough clean up of all materials. I was worried about having someone come in the house during this social distancing time, but again Jake was so respectful of us and wore a mask and gloves the entire time. Great job to the LeBlanc team! read more

We did a renovation a few years ago and our contractor used Leblanc Mechanical to install our central air AC system. We've used them a couple of times since to check and fix things on our AC and boiler. Most recently our hot water stopped working right after we prepared raw meat to cook and friends arrived to spend the weekend! I contacted Leblanc and they came right away. I have worked with Chris on both of my emergency calls and he was always polite and accommodating. He even came through a heavy snow storm in the winter, and after hours this last time. Thanks for your help and expertise! read more

Leblanc Mechanical, from Randy the owner, Matty, Shawn, and Jack the service tech, are all professionals who take care of any situation that I've had with my Carrier air conditioning unit immediately. My home was up for sale in Andover, MA, and my realtor called and told me the air conditioner was not working, and we had an open house coming up. I called Randy and he made sure, with his incredible staff, that the problem would be diagnosed and fixed. And sure enough, everything was taken care of before the open house commenced. read more

I've used Randy Leblanc and worked with most of the team from Leblanc Mechanical for over 20 years for both my personal and rental properties. The reason I've used them for so long is that they are extremely professional, reliable and trust-worthy. Our hot water heater needed to be replaced. While chatting with a friend she recommended LeBlanc Mechanical. I hadn't had good experiences with similar companies in the past. LeBlanc is dependable and responsive. I always receive great service, and having met most of the team over the last several years, for things like regular HVAC service, concessional emergencies, and installation of a whole house humidifier and currently in progress, a dehumidifier, and I like them all--Randy, Matt, Shawn, Chris, Jake and more, I can always count on them. read more
