My poor pup was attacked by another dog . I brought him to the veterinarian in My town. The first…read moreday they did surgery and stitched him up . When we went back to have is drain tubes taken out the vet came out and said , well it's not good ,he has a bunch a dead skin . You have like 3 options . 1- take all the dead skin off and wrap with clean dressing ever 2 days and it probably won't work . 2- have his leg amputated and hope no infection happens . 3- euthanizing. Which she recommended. I couldn't bear to put down my best friend. So I went to Veazie veterinarian and go a 2nd Opinion. The WONDERFUL doctor there said to forget EVERYTHING the other vet said . Chance it doing great . He walks , he wags his tail , yes he's in rough shape but we can fix him . Chances first surgery at Veazie Veterinarian hospital cost a lot but so worth it . Chance is eating again, he's barking at noises . I will be moving all my animals to Veazie for now on . The doctor is the most caring and understanding veterinarian I have ever met . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

In November we bought a little baby Sphinx kitten from a breeder just outside of Boston ( message…read moreme and I will tell you the Sphinx breeder to avoid). At any case we took her here and she checked out as healthy at the time. A month later we were back because of poopy problems. We found out she had a disease that is common in unclean catteries. We received a prescription and the problems started clearing up. Then the real problems started. Our little girl was losing weight and was tired all the time. Because we travel so much we had to take her to an emergency vet in Connecticut. At that point she was diagnosed with FIP which is nearly 100% fatal. We made sure all records were sent to her doctor at the Veazie clinic and they did so much research and expressed such concern for our little Arista. They made appointments available at short notice which during these times is amazing. We drove from Rhode Island on more than one occasion because they were the only one that we could make a appointment with to do the blood tests we needed to monitor her progress. My wife and I sourced the drugs and administered the treatments because vets are not allowed to do it or even tell us about the possible treatment for this horrible disease but we needed a concerned vet that we could ask questions and monitor our treatment progress. Today our little girl is happy, healthy and full of energy. We have another month before we can say she is 100% cured and we are confident she will be. Thank you so much for the outstanding effort everyone at this clinic did for us and our little baby.

We have the most beautiful girl Miss Ellie that we got last summer. They keep you in the loop right from the very beginning, videos, pictures and put up with me being a helicopter Mom! We work on reactivity, food aggression, early potty training, and much more! All of our puppies will go home with a "Gotcha Day" gift basket full of toys. supplies, and a blanket that has the mother's scent to help sooth your puppy on their first nights away from their littermates and mom. We do not charge application fees or take down payments before we have actual puppies available. Since our puppies do find homes all over the U.S. you will choose your puppy from pictures provided and place your deposit on the puppy of your choice. At 6-7 weeks of age (after puppies have received their first round of vaccines) we encourage nearby families to come and spend time with their puppy. In the summer time we plan an outside Puppy Party where we have mini agility equipment, kiddy pool, and toys available. This is a time to meet your puppy, us, and other families. Families of winter litters can see your puppy by individual appointment. Puppies will be ready to leave at 8 weeks of age.  If you are from out of state then we are willing to meet you at Bangor International Airport (BIA) so the puppy can fly home with you in the cabin. We do not ship puppies.

My baby boy passed away at the age of 11. I am still super heartbroken, but I have to update this…read moreand let you guys know - Roger contacted me ASAP when I emailed him about what was happening. As a matter of fact, he stayed on the phone with me for about an hour before I had to run and take care of dog again (this was a few days before we had to put him down). I was so heartbroken, my voice cracked a few times at the thought of losing my heart dog. But Roger stayed on regardless, empathetic because he, too, has been in my shoes multiple times. I still would recommend Roger. My dog's illness is still unknown, it could have been cancer or colitis that was unmanageable. The diagnostics were so inconclusive that we couldn't tell. But he did live until 11, which tells me the genetics are pretty on par with good bloodlines. Dog cancer is a norm in purebred dogs, so honestly that never frazzles me. But my GSD's genetics were still better than, say, a run of the mill American-line GSD or even a Goldendoodle. I should note, I have always been on top of my dog's health and diet, so that could have been a contributing factor. But you should be this way too, regardless. Thank you Roger, you and Dorothy always had my back and cared for Albi like I did.

I cannot believe that Oberon was the first one with Cancer & magically Rainee, also Roger's breeding was the second Cancer death ever in his lines. 2 Dogs with completely different types of Cancer, both from his breeding. If Roger was sincere, he has my cell phone. Why not call me directly... he called me when he was looking for a buyer for a male & female who did not work out for a buyer, to see if I knew anyone. And I did call people for him. This was before we lost our GSD to Cancer. I will not go into the rest of story. We are Not believing that lightening strikes twice in the same place, but has never struck any other of ROGERS Dogs. Sad that Roger could not do the kind thing & call us. If it was really Cancer one time in 27 years, I believe he would have called & even discussed his guarantees or opinions. Now with our Rainee dying of Cancer last year, I did not even bother to call Roger. I loved both of these dogs & don't regret buying them, but suffering through losing two wonderful dogs to Cancer deaths at 5 years old & 8 years old is horrible. I was once a fan of Rogers, but I am sorry to say that is not the case these days.
