By the 4th day I had cash in hand ready to make the big purchases, I messaged again and finally got a response, They had went and sold to somebody else. They also have sales all the time too. They have 3 day weekend sales that start on Friday and end on Sunday. I had to come here because I had to return a Hercules power drill. As soon as I walked in the door, the manager spoke to me and asked if I needed help. I had no receipt but told him the problem with the power tool and he immediately told his cashier to swap it out with a new one. Now, how cool is that. That's what I call customer service. We set up a time to meet today. We arrived at our appt time only to find he was assisting someone else. After waiting for almost 20 mins, we left to run errands. When we returned we were told that another guy was going to be stopping by and he would need to wait on him when he got there. He advised the other couple that was there wasn't supposed to be there til noon but decided to get there earlier. He advised that he would work up our quote and when I told him I had received the quote online, he said that wasn't the quote. His numbers were a lot higher. Example: the online quote showed $12.50 for the loft and his quote was $600. Our appointment wasn't the double wide 40' product so we had to wait and when we finally were able to talk to him, we had to stop our appointment so he could help someone else. I'm glad we drove 2 hrs round trip to be made to feel our time wasn't as important since we weren't buying something $40k+ and to have a quote be $2k more than we originally received. I'll never give them a chance again. PS - I wish they didn't have my address because he pulled up other orders on his monitor and left it turned so we saw it. It had the order info and the people's address and phone number. Thank goodness I didn't give them payment info.

Very organized and beautifully displayed, with excellent prices. The lady that helped me was also super friendly. I came to leave a review and found out the business had only recently opened and wasn't even listed on Yelp yet.
