I left my choice with the lady there (sorry, I don't know her name), and mentioned that the others were the ones I REALLY loved. They also have sales all the time too. They have 3 day weekend sales that start on Friday and end on Sunday. I had to come here because I had to return a Hercules power drill. As soon as I walked in the door, the manager spoke to me and asked if I needed help. I had no receipt but told him the problem with the power tool and he immediately told his cashier to swap it out with a new one. Now, how cool is that. That's what I call customer service.
