I normally do not write reviews because typically the service and product are what is expected. However, in this transaction I felt compelled to write a review. From the start Precision was great to work with, they provided a competitive quote that was on time and worked within my budget. They were up front and communicative about lead time and installation schedule. The most impressive was the pride they took in their work, true professionalism and craftsmanship. We couldn't be happier with the result.

We also received quotes from other window companies in the area. We decided to not go with precision purely based on price at the time. Well.... After an absolute 4 year nightmare dealing with the "cheaper" window company who did a complete botched job that resulted in repeatedly failing window seals, cracked glass panes, broken balances, water leaking through the windows and horrendous customer service, we called Precision back out. They confirmed that not only the windows were of very low grade, they were installed incorrectly. Although it is a very hard financial pill to swallow, we decided to have Precision replace all of our windows all over again. What a complete difference!!! These windows are absolutely amazing. Patrick's relentless pursuit for perfection and attention to every detail was just mind blowing. The fact that Patrick the owner was onsite and handled the complete job himself spoke volumes. He is very proud of the service he provides and it shows with his work. From the artisan-like trim work to the extra steps to insure our home was taken care of, the entire experience working with Precision has been exceptional. I'm a very difficult customer to please, as I am also a business owner and hold myself and the service I provide to a challenging high standard. We were so thrilled we had Patrick come back and replace all of our front porch columns and railings to match the maintenance free appeal we had achieved with our windows. Please save yourself the grief and regret we have experienced and MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION, CALL PRECISION!!

Positives are quick response to our call. Sales part, measuring and installation were smooth. Nice people work there. Negatives are, after a small change how to pay the outstanding balance, lack of internal communication. You have to leave message with "call centar" and wait 24-48 hours that somebody will call you. What most likely doesn't happen. Then, a month later, we started receiving a multiple phone calls without any message left. I called to bring to their attention this issue without any help. Finally, I left message for the owner and never received a call back. Too soon to evaluate quality of product, but enough to raise a question how "Renewal by Andersen" response to customer inquiries. ******** This is a update to my original review. Within couple days I received DM from the Company. What's a very nice reaction. After exchanging couple messages I received a phone call from VP Operation. It was a very professional phone call and I had a opportunity to deliver to him my experience communicating during process of buying and mounting windows. I will update my star rating based on this experience. ******** Here is a paste response to Antonio M. Renewal by Andersen Social Media person.Antonio M. Thank you for the response. Yes, that's correct, I received a phone call from Sam Spires and I had a opportunity to express my concerns. It was a very professional conversation. I hope that my input will help that you improve internal organizational structure for better customer experience. My understanding is that I wasn't the only one who brought the same concerns. Thank you.

When buying very expensive doors you would expect quality work. That is far from what we have…read morereceived. The doors were allowing water in and not locking properly. We replaced double doors in the bedroom, a kitchen door and the living room door. From a few days after install of the doors I couldn't lock the front door with the deadbolt, it wasn't lined up properly. I contacted Renewal by Anderson and they would send people out to adjust the door and a few days later it would be unable to lock again. Fast forward a few years and we notice water underneath the carpet in our bedroom everytime it rains. We call them and someone comes and reapplied caulk around the door frame. It rains again and water is still pouring in. Someone figures out they need to reinstall the door frame because it wasn't installed correctly the first time and a weather barrier was not installed. They also have to replace soaked subfloor and spend an entire day replacing water damaged wood surrounding the door and putting the doors back in. Now is the ongoing problem with our front door. They have now replaced the panel of the door a month ago after a technician found it was bowed. This took a couple of hours. After replacing the door he found that light was coming through between the door and frame and that it still wasn't sitting properly. So a manager came out to confirm I guess? All he did was come into the house look at how sunlight was coming through the door and door frame and confirm the door frame needed to be replaced. That brings me to today. We scheduled for the replacement of the door frame with an arrival time of 12-2. They arrive at 2:30pm and the contractor asks me what are they suppose to be doing, they have no idea. He tells me he has a door panel and I said that was just replaced. This appointment was to replace the frame and he said he doesn't have a frame. He said he will readjust the frame because he sees the problem. 1 hour 30 minutes later he tells me the frame has to be replaced (that was the whole point of this appointment!!) He says they have to leave my door like this because they don't have a frame. Wood and glue showing all around the door of these very expensive doors. He told me all it would take is someone to kick in the door because the frame is so bad. He calls his scheduling manager (I think?) And tells him multiple times the door frame is Fxxked. I talk to him over the phone trying to figure out why an appointment that was suppose to be fixing the door frame was not and now my door is left like this for 4 weeks till they get a new door frame. It is insane; I never expected making this purchase would be one stress after another. Having to change my schedule to have them come out MULTIPLE times and it not be fixed. Today was such a disorganized disaster. Why is your contractor showing up asking me what he is supposed to be doing and leaving an unfinished door for a month till the door frame comes in, which was the whole point of this appointment 'the replacement of the door frame.' I've spent so much money on these doors for this level of unprofessionalism. Worst purchase I've ever made.

Their carelessness and negligence has taken my home, my family's health and time away from my baby due to health issues, and all possession we own that can't be cleaned. This company installed all new windows in our home ( all but 5 or so). Every window that willow windows installed is soaked and is covered in black mold. We contacted the company once we found the issues. They came to our home and "investigated" the windows. I'm not sure how one investigates an issue without actually looking at the issues. I'm pretty sure they just tapped on the window and said well it's a window it's all good. We have had to hire our own team to investigate the issues because they refuse to do so. We have had to move out of our home because it's inhabitable. We left all our possessions clothes, furniture, toys...everything because how contaminated our home is. I can't be near anything from the home because it makes me so sick that I am down for a few days. We have tried working with this company to resolve the issues but they are unwilling to fix the mistakes they made or even admit they exist. I am disappointed in this company for the neglect, lack of compassion, and the lack of accountability they possess. The owners in particular are the issue. I'm not sure how they can sleep at night knowing what damage they have done to another person. We have a baby..... A BABY.....in this now mold infested home due to their terrible window installation and they refuse to do anything. This company has no morals. As humans.... As parents.... As Christians(they call themselves) how can you live with your actions and not do the right thing. I'm writing this review not for the company but for anyone looking to use this company. Please save your family the trouble and keep looking. I'm just waiting on them to respond and act like they've tried to fix this or like they're willing to. They haven't. And they won't. Don't believe any response they post to this review.

Our windows look fabulous but our front door not so much. If I was rating windows it would be 4.75 stars (2 windows arrived broken ) but for doors I'd give 1 star. Nicole salesperson 5 stars ! Although , we paid in FULL up front for a slight discount we were told that it would be completed to customer satisfaction. "Don't worry" they stated. Unfortunately , that is not the case? Our front door has a large gap 3/8 inch around the entire perimeter of the door on the inside although the outside appears correct. The door also measures much smaller (several inch difference)than our original solid wood door which seems odd and no one seems to be able to explain why. According to install papers : CHECK SLAB TO FRAME MARGINS - INTERIOR Achieve and maintain a 1⁄8" to 3⁄16" margin, all corners. Again , ours is 3/8 around perimeter. Sadly , the people who can do something (help customer) leave money on the table if they agree with the consumer? They are paid upon job completion so definitely a conflict of interest. Installers are paid at the end of the install . They take photos and submit to Pella for reimbursement. The door rep and installer says that's the way that door is. It's the max space allowed by manufacturer standard. Not sure why customer would want almost a half inch gap around their door but that's what we were told. The several installers 6-8 on install days felt it too was off. They tried adjusting for hours but it just didn't fit properly until a supervisor came and said ; no it's correct Funny , he is the one who measured originally? The install team was professional , hardworking and precise. Immediately , (day of install) we reached out to our salesperson Nicole who was terrific throughout the process of selections. She referred us to Johnathan (manager) who we reached out too as well. He said he would get back to us but sadly did not until I reached out again today. (Several weeks passed and no contact) He too never came to look at our door ? Asking for an amicable solution he had none. He stated the door is cut by machine ? I guess machines don't make errors? He claimed that he has never had anyone mention the gap and his only solution was to move door to one side which would make gap much larger on other side? We asked for a discount or new different door? He said ; no! Anyways , he said nothing can be done. I would definitely look elsewhere for doors. Again , windows seem solid. We cannot in good faith recomend Pella for any doors especially front doors. Please look at photos. The quality and sizing is off and very disappointed to say the least Our front door looks awful from the inside. Buyer beware !
