Instead, the salesman pushed me into test-riding a new Ultra Limited and pressured me to buy it on the spot. Prices here also tend to be higher than what you'll find on the official HD website, so you end up paying extra for convenience. And once you're inside, don't expect much support; employees rarely greet customers or offer help, and getting questions answered is a challenge. That said, there are a few bright spots. The building itself is aesthetically impressive, the local HOG chapter seems like a great group of folks, and the service department has been fantastic to work with. They got me on the schedule quickly, communicated clearly, and serviced my bike in a timely, professional manner--easily the best part of the dealership. Overall, the service team and community presence shine, but the sales floor and customer experience still have a long way to go.

I tried a couple of places that were supposed to have it but it seemed I was looking for a unicorn until one place recommended I try Dickens as they are a Toro distributor. While they didn't have the complete kit I was looking for, they created one for me and I walked out of there a very happy camper and now my lawnmower runs like new.
