Things went quick and was super easy. My item was available for 2 day delivery. They outsourced our delivery, which ended up going well. Tim mentioned they would bring new hoses, but they did not. I have a call into them about picking those up. Went in on a Tuesday morning, and had it delivered and set up and ready to use Thursday morning. I received a text the next day just confirming my address and my delivery for the following day. It did say we would get a call/text about the time frame the day before, which we did not. I replied to their text at night and Thursday morning bright and early she texted back with the arrival time frame. Overall I would recommend them, and I will be back. Tim was great! Ask for him and tell him I sent you!

We began having issues with the dryer and I called them to come out. It took them 2 weeks to come out. Finally some man comes and replaces a part and says it's fixed. He acted like he couldn't get out of our house fast enough. We checked the dryer. It actually was COLDER than before so he made the dryer worse. We called them back and they said they couldn't get to us again for about another week. They messed it up and made it worse and they couldn't get over to fix it??? SO horrible service. This place is horrific. All the employees couldn't care LESS. We finally got in touch with another company that does warranty work on speed queens he came over within an hour and fixed it. The guy from MCcalls was TOTALLY wrong and fixed the wrong part. We are so disappointed with this company and will NEVER buy or use them again for anything. You are WARNED.

After hearing about the program (pay monthly for a new mower and don't worry about fixing anything. Just mow) We pay $110 per month for a mower. All I gotta do is add gas and drive!!! Once we had an issue with the power and Jim was straight away setting us up with another till he could fix ours. What a gift!!! Turns out we needed a larger one than what we had in the beginning and he was so quick in delivering the 50" so I didn't skip a beat trimming the field. So grateful for Jim and this program! Only issue. I don't LOVE the color of my mower silly, I know but color matters!'n Blu
