I've been going to this location for over 2 years and have only been consistently coming --even after moving further away--because of the welcoming, friendly environment the employees give. I don't think I'll be making the trip any longer considering all my points and money are going to waste. My little girl, Sweetie Pie, is a barker and she's got lung cancer. I try to keep her quiet for everyone's sake but everyone there are always happy to see my babies. Healthy animals looking for their forever homes taken care of by good staff, and I couldn't ask for a better family-owned pet shop. It is local in the center of town, staff have been trained in a wide variety of animal knowledge and are able to help answer questions to visitors and repeating customers alike. The moment you go inside, staff are there to assist in any pet needs you may have. This is my second bird (green cheek conure) from this place, it has been hand fed and is tame due to the important daily interactions it receives from staff giving consistent scheduled feedings to ensure the bird is perfectly healthy to take home.
