She was very friendly and seemed competent. She was supposed to send me a quote the next day. Days passed and no quote. We called and the person who answers the phone was very disorganized. Finally the decorator texted me - said she didn't have my email address and the one she had for my coworker was wrong. Just as an FYI - it is very easy to get our number. We are a business. Via text she said she was driving and would send the quote as soon as she got back to the office. I guess she never made it back to the office. We never heard anything back from her, nor did we receive a quote. We were able to find someone at the last minute to put up a few lights and whatever decor we had in storage. How disappointing!!

I ordered a non-traditional guest book for our wedding that came rolled on a poster board. The store manager, Michael, helped me decide on the frame and in my opinion, the frames are super reasonable. It comes with a mar, frame and hanging hardware. Michael even provided me with a poster board for my poster and to bring back the poster when it's ready to be framed.

Came here to get a print framed to put in our living room. It's a statement piece and so we really…read morewanted it to pop. We decided to check out with Framebridge because we liked the upfront pricing. The staff was super nice and wore masks and the place was very clean. We learned that the framing is not done in-house so after selecting the type of frame we wanted, we left the print and went home and waited. When it arrived at the house it was packaged really well but unfortunately, the frame was chipped/dented. We brought it back to the store. They were apologetic and agreed to fix it with no charge. So, then waited again, and when it arrived the new frame was also chipped and there was a spot on the mat under the glass. At this point, we were frustrated that they would continue to send out a product with defects. I'm not sure what their quality control is like but they really should check the items prior to sending them out. We had to go back to the store and ask for a refund. They gave it to us which was fair. It sucked that we lost weeks of time, had to drive back and forth to the store multiple times, and we still don't have a frame for our artwork. So, we definitely won't be back but maybe you'll have more luck. Just keep in mind, that while the store is nice, the employees are friendly, and the pricing is upfront, I'm not sure what's going on where it is that they do the actual framing. That is where the problem lies.

I have bought several Teak products from FrontGate. The first one was the Teak Garden Storage. I had to send it back because the door would not open. It took a long time to have it replaced. The replacement came with the same problem. Luckily the last mile delivery men were able to open it and I kept it. I'm very happy with the product. I liked it so much I ordered. second one, with instructions on how to pack it! This one was fine. I brought the Westport Two Door Kitchen Cabinet and the Marble top arrived broken. I sent that back and I won't have a replacement marble top until November. The Westport Console arrived without any problems. The products them selves are great--I belive the problem lies in the packing.

I love this place!…read more In the past, I had only shopped at Frontgate through their catalog. After being away from Georgia for years, I was pleasantly surprised to find this Frontgate Store in Phipp's Plaza at the top of the big staircase. Wow! It's a big shop filled with nice home furnishings. They moved (fairly recently) to a larger space across the walkway from where they were located. So don't be sad when you walk up the stairs and Frontgate isn't there anymore, just look to your left and there it is! To be honest, I window shop more often than I purchase here. I really enjoy browsing here and getting inspiration and decorating ideas. Sometimes though, a piece of furniture or a home accessory sticks in my head and I have to go back for it. I'd say most of their products are for indoors but they also have a good bit of outdoor & patio furniture and accessories. They always do nice Christmas displays here. If you're in Phipps Plaza around the Christmas holidays swing by Frontgate for some Christmas cheer.
