Came here to get a print framed to put in our living room. It's a statement piece and so we really wanted it to pop. We decided to check out with Framebridge because we liked the upfront pricing. The staff was super nice and wore masks and the place was very clean. We learned that the framing is not done in-house so after selecting the type of frame we wanted, we left the print and went home and waited. When it arrived at the house it was packaged really well but unfortunately, the frame was chipped/dented. We brought it back to the store. They were apologetic and agreed to fix it with no charge. So, then waited again, and when it arrived the new frame was also chipped and there was a spot on the mat under the glass. At this point, we were frustrated that they would continue to send out a product with defects. I'm not sure what their quality control is like but they really should check the items prior to sending them out. We had to go back to the store and ask for a refund. They gave it to us which was fair. It sucked that we lost weeks of time, had to drive back and forth to the store multiple times, and we still don't have a frame for our artwork. So, we definitely won't be back but maybe you'll have more luck. Just keep in mind, that while the store is nice, the employees are friendly, and the pricing is upfront, I'm not sure what's going on where it is that they do the actual framing.
