We finally reached someone and was told that they "forgot our appointment" and they then rescheduled for tonight at 5pm. Shockingly, low and behold, nobody showed up tonight . After attempting repeatedly to reach someone for over an hour, when someone finally responded, we were told they weren't able to show up due to the weather. Yeah right. Any reputable business would've reached out this morning or this afternoon/ evening and not AFTER the time of our "meeting". Good luck if you schedule this company. What a joke.

NOT A SINGLE WATERFORD MARK. I called them and was told they were Waterford. I asked them to prove it. The lady tried defending what she couldn't and I basically told her small claims court works for shitballs like Cotton.

I have been to a number of Blue Moon estate sales. They are one of the best estate sale companies…read morearound. Unlike most of the others, it's a national company, rather than a local one. I get their weekly email about the locations of their sales all over the place. Locally, their prices tend toward the reasonable for almost everything. Most books, CDs, etc. are $1 each. They leave out stickers with numbers on them before the sale, so you don't have to wait around for an hour before the sale starts. They also don't charge the usual 3% on credit card sales, which almost every other company does.
