I have had their shirts for 3+ years. Durable, comfortable and licensed. Ordering and fulfillment was as indicated. It's not Amazon. So don't expect it overnight. read more

They misrepresent products and have horrible customer service. The image they use misrepresents the product you will receive. Their image shows a distressed/weathered EGA on a dark red colored shirt. The image nor the color match what was ordered (see images). We received a bright red shirt with a standard EGA (not distressed as shown in the image when ordering). We contacted customer service stating we received the wrong product, and after an extended amount of time, they emailed back stating it was the correct item. I will not purchase from them again. They use images that misrepresent their products. read more

NO stars. They suck! I placed an order and never received my full order. They never contacted me about it. I asked about a missing item and was told it is still on backorder over a month later. Two weeks later still nothing... Unfuckingsat! read more

Just like what everyone else is saying. Their customer support is non existent. I have left 3 messages and 2 emails with no response. I received the wrong item with someone else info on the invoice. I have no other choice but to dispute it with my credit card company. read more

I didn't think about looking at reviews before I placed my order; I wish I had. Ordered a cover on 6/1 never received shipping info until 6/9. The tracking number shows the hat was delivered on 4/17 that is a good trick. A better one is the item was delivered to a California residence and I live in Ohio. Hopefully credit card companies will get tired of disputed charges read more

very disappointed in return policy of a shirt that was too small. had to pay $20 shipping fee via UPS to return a shirt that was $38.00. A shipping label would have been nice for a first time customer . read more

While the Gunny Highway yellow and red t-shirts are so cool and a blast from the past, the quality of the shirts are horrible. Paper thin, every shirt I bought ended up with little holes after just a few washings. Let's not even talk about the arm pits discoloring and getting hard and I'm not much of a sweater. I wear t-shirts everyday and it's only these that get holes and armpit shadows. Sorry to say but I am not a fan especially for the price. read more

Leatherneck 4 Life is garbage. Ordered a hoodie on November 4th with 2-3 day shipping for an extra $15. Emailed them several times to get tracking information and finally received tracking 6 days later. Thats twice the amount of time for customer service to respond than it was supposed to take to actually be delivered. Their terrible customer service is only topped by their horrible shipping department read more

It's a scam business, I returned all items and they didn't issue the refund, I'm disappointed as a military member.

I ordered a Large polo shirt and finally after 10 days I received a 2X. Had to leave 3 voicemails and 2 emails for them to get back to me. They promised expedited shipping, this time it took 9 days. They also promised a refund, that never happened and to boot the quality of the shirt sucks. Please DO NOT buy anything from them. read more

Ordered Jan 11. No update on shipping at all. I had to track down an order through various wrong numbers online on Jan 25th. Finally got someone on the phone only to be disconnected then call again. Said my emails weren't answered due to a Microsoft outage (nonsense). Said my items were shipping that day, I just traced them and they were shipped yesterday, 5 days later. I have no idea what will show up or the quality but judging from other reviews I am not hopeful. Order somewhere else, this place is a scam. read more

To all my Marine brothers and sisters -- do NOT order a damn thing from Leatherneck for Life. I placed an order for three items on May 25th. It's now been over a week and a half, and guess what? Still hasn't shipped. I ordered these items specifically to have them in hand for a meaningful trip to Washington D.C. this Friday -- to visit the war memorials. And now, thanks to their incompetence, that's not happening. I've called and left voicemails. I've emailed them. I've even messaged them on Facebook. The only pathetic response I got was a lazy reply on FB telling me to "email support" -- which I'd already done. No follow-up. No tracking(as it hasn't shipped). No accountability. Just silence. Their website clearly says items ship in 3 to 5 days. Well, we're way past that. And still nothing. Normally, I wouldn't call out a veteran-run business, especially one claiming to support Marines -- but this is straight-up unacceptable. Piss poor/no customer service and zero respect for those of us who expected better. Do better, Leatherneck for Life -- or stop pretending to serve Marines... read more

Absolutely fantastic company! Ordered two T-shirts for my husband for Valentine's Day of 2025 they arrived on time. I reached out to customer service who was absolutely fantastic! The material and the fit are amazing and my husband is very picky with attention to detail. read more

Scam business my package has been sitting at there company order on July 31 and today is the 12 August, they said they would refund order.

L4L used to be one of my favorite sites to shop at. Back in July I ordered a red structured cover with a silver EGA. When I tried it on it was the best fitting cover I have had in years! I loved the Velcro closure. My wife ordered me a different cover for my birthday it arrived with a plastic closure and it did not fit at all. It wouldn't clasp closed. I admit I have a bucket head. I ordered the replacement cover and carefully looked at the pictures of the cover I wanted to make sure to get a Velcro closure. I ordered said cover and it arrived with a plastic clasp. There was a slight improvement it fitted properly clasped on the last snap. Still unacceptable. After reviewing description it does say all hats come with plastic closures. If that is so, why are pictures of a Velcro closure shown? Is this lazy, inaccurate, or unprofessional advertising? Now I have to pay to return my cover. L4L I can no longer in good conscious recommend your website. Your covers have dropped precipitously in two months. What is next, your t-shirts? If anyone assigned in the decision making process of switching the covers from Velcro to plastic closures said there would be no difference, lied. I now have to pay to return my wrongfully advertised cover. I served in the Marines for 8.5 years. I am familiar with the "Big Green Weenie." This maybe the "Little Green Weenie" but I am thoroughly disappointed in this experience. I am also 95% sure the people who have the power to correct this issue won't. read more

Horrible customer service who apparently does not reply to emails or chats. Order placed April 19, 2024 and it still hasn't shipped. It's truly disgusting that you associate with the Marine Corps. read more

The customer service is appsoluty terrible. It is very difficult to belive the company has any connection with Marines at all. They must be using the Marine connection to boost business. BEWARE if you have any problems with an order. read more

Unfortunate to say this place is horrible. I've tried multiple times reaching out for my refund for two orders they messed up on. I ordered a shirt on April 1st (Order #L4L181554) and it says 5-7 days for shipping. It's currently April 15th and I don't even think my shirt has been shipped yet. Thin shirts that are way overpriced. They have cool designs, but their product is cheaply made and the quality just isn't there. Another company using their veteran status to promote their company. More like exploiting a demographic with low quality merchandise. read more

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a t-shirt and sweatshirt on September 19. I follow up on my order on October 2 and was told my t-shirt would be in stock within a week. Over 2 weeks go by and no update on my order. I email Oct 17 asking for an update. No response so I follow up again on October 20 and on October 21 was told that neither of my products were in stock. Maybe the t-shirt was never replenished but the reason the sweatshirt is now out of stock is because they failed to fulfill even a partial order. The sweatshirt should have been shipped weeks ago. Unacceptable customer experience. I am sure they get enough business and they clearly don't care about the customer experience and have failures within their order fulfillment and customer service areas. read more

Order EGA covers about three years ago and loved them. They're worn out so I ordered some new ones. The gray isn't the same gray and the newer covers seem to be made by a different manufacture than the previously ordered covers. I loved the quality of the first order in 2018, that's why I reordered this month. The EGA is perfect just the quality and color of the cover itself has changed! read more

Not a great t shirt and they won't show all the reviews on their website or FB. Flimsy and thin shirt, off-center silk screen. I keep posting a 3 star review that never makes it to their "reviews" list, only 5 star reviews are shared. Very disappointing that supposed "veteran-run business" would be this shady. They sent a 10% discount coupon after confirming the receipt of my review but have never posted my review. They can keep the coupon, won't be buying anything else from them. Sgt. Davis read more

I cannot speak for the other reviews but my experience with this company has been nothing less than spot on..This is a veteran owned and operated company..I have only received the highest quality of products from them. At anytime I had a question or issue I was promptly contacted and each time was completely satisfied with the their customer service and resolution. The company 100% stands by their promise "We fully stand behind our products. If you're ever dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your unused or defective item for a full refund or credit". I would without hesitation recommend this company. read more
