We've been working with Erica for almost a year now, and our dog walking experience has been spectacular. She's transparent, reliable, professional, communicative, and trustworthy. Our pug, Killah is a senior gal (she sometimes has accidents, and her back legs don't work as well as they used to), but Erica always takes excellent care of her. Also, she takes the best pictures, and the gives most detailed status reports I've ever seen from a dog walker. Like paragraphs long (jk). I feel like we were there on the walk with them with the level of detail she provides her in her reports! We don't know what we would do without her. It can be a gamble when giving someone access to your home. Asking that person to take care of your family (pets) brings it up a notch. Carrie immediately won my parents over (not an easy feat) with her bubbly personality and clear passion for animals. We use Carrie's services when my parents travel. I am the go-to overnight pet-sitter for them but due to my long, unpredictable work hours, Carrie will come over 1-2 times daily to walk and feed Sadie. Carrie does not charge extra when my dog Bentley is there and takes him along on walks. Each visit Carrie leaves an adorable note on the counter with a recap. My parents dog (Sadie) is extremely fearful due to an abusive past owner. Carrie has won her over with patience and treats. I am very thankful at the ease of making the arrangements and being able to check references, as well as completing an in person meet and greet. Heather is very responsive to all forms of communication. My cats are deathly afraid of people, but Heather was able to send me pictures of them hiding under the bed every day. She made the pick up and drop off of the key super easy and was available to work on a holiday. I appreciate the ability to pay online as well. I also like that she had us sign paperwork for vet treatment as needed ahead of time. We're planning another trip in October and looking forward to seeing if she is successful at getting them to interact with her.

She took the time to understand my dog's needs, her motivations, and how to best work with her. While I was in China for 10 days, Heather and her team were very accommodating and responsive with working with my boyfriend to take care of her. They took her for walks in the middle of the day, and texted my boyfriend a report each day with how it went. They gave her treats (with our permission) and lots of pets after each walk- so I know my dog was living the life of luxury! I was really thankful for Puget Paws, and would recommend them to anyone!
