My sales coordinator was Rose, she was a joy to work with, as were Tim & Tim, the 2 gentlemen who assisted with the financing. All 3 of them are very personable, customer oriented & know their stuff. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, everything was thoroughly explained. The monthly payment was a little more than I wanted to pay, but for what I got, it's well worth it. I loved the fact that I didn't need to haggle to get a great price, the price you see on the website is the price that you pay, but keep in mind that's before all taxes, fees, & any extras that you want are added on. For the test drive, I took the car to my mechanic, who checked the car out thoroughly, the car passed with flying colors, with a couple of minor issues that were addressed before I drove off the lot. I can honestly say that in all my years of buying cars, this was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience that I've ever had. I highly recommend Hertz Schaumburg.

We were there from 9:30am to 2:30pm. While buying a car is a process, it's not a 5 hour process. Esp since there is no haggling involved and we had the car we wanted picked out. By the time we were able to sign our contract we were already in a huge hurry So we had to rush the most important part of the whole thing. We carved out 3 hours, were fine with 4, then started to get annoyed and anxious at 5 We also noticed an interior light wasn't working during our test drive. The sales rep mentioned they would have someone swap it out but by the time we left it was still out. Either they forgot, or somehow in 5 hours had no time to swap out an interior lightbulb. They did end up changing it a few days later though We would defiantly go back and recommend to friends. Just make sure to bring lunch haha

We have been going back and forth trying to reach the owner who had told Adam the sales manager, we would be hearing from him. This went on all day Thursday and Friday with absolutely no call back from him, we have made multiple attempts. Our vehicle had the oil light come on, April 7th, we went to get a 150-point inspection done, then with Pats advice, went to get a second opinion, a 300- point inspection with a repair shop more accustomed to Audis. Pat told me it wasn't necessary to procced with a 300-point inspection, but this I found strange and did anyways. The car is now sitting and not being driven, at the repair shop They found both front axles need to be replaced and there is an active oil leak from a valve cover and is unsafe to drive because it can risk engine damage. This is not minor wear and tear and an active oil leak from a valve cover right after purchase absolutely falls under an implied warranty issue that I signed the day of purchase along with Pats words telling us, "By law you are absolutely covered if you leave and something major happens." (Referring to the implied warranty.) We are looking at about $4100-4200 worth of parts and labor for these issues and by law I am covered under the signed implied warranty. I need to have the phone call to us that we keep being told we are going to receive from the owner. Our mechanic has tried to reach out several times, along with us. I find it very disappointing and odd that this owner claims he is going to call us the customers who is having an issue and not even have a conversation with us. Extremely unprofessional. If we cannot resolve this promptly, I will be filing formal complaints with the Illinois Attorney Generals office along with the Illinois Secretary of State and Federal Trade Commission, as well as pursuing additional legal remedies. One of two things, take the vehicle back or pay for the necessary repairs. Hopefully we can resolve this matter quickly without any additional outside sources.

When the final signing went in to after hours, I was really impressed that nobody rushed us out, and at least one person from each department waited for us to be done. Even after the deal was done nobody rushed us or chased us out, but instead chatted for a few and said not worry about racing back in the morning with the title to the car we traded in. They told us take our time and enjoy the morning and the car because they would be there. When we went back in the morning we were told they wanted to properly detail the car if we had time. I mean I can go on on, but really as someone who has been around dealerships their whole life, I can't even begin to tell you how real, and how great this team is to work with!!!

The person who answered the phone was pleasant, helpful and walked me through the process pretty fast. They gave me the amount of my loan over the phone, told me the interest rate and also what my payments would be... which I thought was pretty low. Now mind you I didn't need the loan for the amount of time they gave me to pay it but they did not charge me the interest past when I paid it off. I needed to send in some documents which I did and they allowed me to just take a pic of those with my cell phone and send it to them. In about an hour later they told me to come by this store and get my money. Now mind you I expected some dive, but what I saw was a really nice, clean and professional office. The people inside were so helpful. They offered me and my daughter some water when we arrived, walked me through the process of getting the loan and then in a matter of a few minutes I was on the way to the bank to cash the check they gave me which I had zero problems cashing. After that, they gave me online access to my account so I can see exactly what was happening with my payments. Classy and just like a bank and not what I would have expected from a car title loan company in Chicago. I am impressed. Like these guys. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.
