As my lease was up was looking into a particular model and color at the best deal. Went with Make &…read moreModel with Stephen and he did a great job attaining the car for me with a seamless process from start to finish. It was quick and easy. Contacted by phone and questions and responses was very thorough and responsive. Stephen did a great job of explaining everything along with the process and within a few days was able to get the make model and color that i wanted. Everything was smooth right from my house with the whole process. Relieves the stress and wasted time with actual dealers. Stephen provided great customer service from start to finish. Very reachable and answered all my questions. Pricing was super fair and found the price that i was looking for. Delivery was right to my house and my old car lease was swapped out. Paper work was all seamless and handled all by Make & Model. From attaining the DMV process and going through credit check and insurance i have been very satisfied. Prices were great. Definitely hit on all cylinders. Would highly recommend them and with no doubt use their services again.

It's so refreshing to work with an actual person and not some skeevy car dealership. Can't…read morerecommend ML leasing and Lev enough. He gave me an amazing deal on the Rav 4 and he also took the time to answer all my questions and give me good advice. When he dropped the car off at my house, I wasn't home yet as I was running late. He began working on changing the plates before I even got there. Amazing service! I highly recommend working with Lev and ML leasing.

UPDATE: I recently found out more how unethical Mark acted when doing my current lease. I spoke…read morewith 3 different, unrelated leasing agents about getting out of my current lease & into a new one, & found out that the bank Mark used to get me my car has ENORMOUS penalties if you try to end your lease early - so now, a year into my lease, instead of having about $10k positive equity in the car as would be normal, my buyout is $10k MORE than the original MSRP the car cost! I'm sure he knew this was something that happened with this particular bank & he ALSO knew he was getting me out of another lease early at that time & he never bothered to inform me that if I used this bank, I would NOT be able to with this car. I now believe that when he realized that I was serious about getting another car before my current lease is up, he either purposely ignored me or quoted cars outside my budget because he knew he wouldn't be able to get me out of my current lease & didn't want to have to explain to me why. ORIGINAL: I got a car with Mark & it went OK, but there were a few issues even in the beginning. There was a lot of back & forth on getting the proper insurance paperwork. Every time I got it, he remembered something else that needed to be on there & I had to call Geico yet AGAIN to get the documents revised. It felt like it was his first time doing this when I'm sure most of these things are routine. He also didn't show up when I went to get the car, but sent his younger brother instead. When I got to see the car, the entire bottom of the trunk was scraped and both his brother & the dealer tried to deny there was any damage & only when we showed them it was indeed deeper scratches that were not going to "wax off", did they try to offer a fix. I was able to get it fixed on my own, but I didn't appreciate the leasing agent trying to lie about the damage just to make his buck. This is not the first time I've leased a car with an agent. Previous agents had already examined the car & made sure all car mats, paperwork, etc were there before I even got there. Regardless, I was still appreciative that I was able to get the car I wanted, so I gave $300 cash to Mark as an extra thank you. Now after all the business & the appreciation, with how Mark acted, you would think I'm someone who just came off the street. He has a very bad habit of reading text messages & either taking forever to respond, or, just not responding AT ALL. I tried to address this with him - I understand people can't always have an immediate answer, but at least make a point to respond within a reasonable amount of time without making the customer feel like they're running after you. I also understand that it may not be possible to give an accurate quote as to what a lease would cost until some research is done, HOWEVER if we've spoken several times already about a certain car, & you know that the original quote you gave is inaccurate, wouldn't you let me know that before wasting more of your own & my time on it? I wasted an entire day driving to different dealerships looking to test drive this car only to find out later that night that after almost 2 WEEKS of going back & forth with him, he couldn't find it in the range he had originally quoted me, even though he had supposedly been looking all that time. I continued to try to work with Mark, but being left on read so many times with zero response has left an incredibly sour aftertaste. It appears unless you are the type of client who is going to make the deal easy & not ask too many questions, they don't want to deal with you. Rather be up front & say you can't help, then ignore or string someone along. I would recommend finding an agent who will respect you and your time.
