A week before our wedding, Amanda swapped herself out with another photographer due to another couple's emergency--which, while understandable, left us frustrated since we specifically booked Amanda. Communication was poor throughout, with delayed responses and last-minute follow-ups that we had to initiate. The day of the wedding, important moments were missed, including the groomsmen getting ready, despite us booking full-day coverage. The photographers were idle when they should've been capturing key shots. After the wedding, delivery of our photos was delayed multiple times (still within the contract limits but Amanda kept saying she would have the photos done in a week, that week came and went and nothing), with no proactive updates--we only got them after repeated follow-ups, months later. Some photos were decent, but many were poorly edited and had to be fixed by my husband. One of the photographers even followed up asking for a tip after the fact, despite underdelivering and already being given her Venmo. Overall, they lacked creativity, missed important moments, and added unnecessary stress. Their low pricing isn't worth the trouble--we would never hire them again or recommend them to anyone.
