Not only that, when a burgundy flower was ordered, and it was unfortunately unable to be grown at this time of year, instead of calling and asking what else could be brought instead of this flower, she brought bright red roses. Literally no roses at this wedding, so they stuck out like a sore thumb. Thankfully, the cake decorator had brought decorations and was able to fix that mistake and a parent of the bridal party was able to go to the store for the missing item on the order. Just save yourself the stress of going here and find a better option for a florist for your big day.

Our proposal photos were beautiful, but our wedding experience and thereafter was extremely…read moredisappointing. Our contract specified three shooters, yet we were only provided two for most of the time, with no adequate warning or explanation. I was told the night before our wedding the Lockes wouldn't even be present at my wedding which was shocking because we hired them, not their team. A "third shooter" was briefly present earlier in the day, then replaced, leaving us understaffed for the remainder of the event. As a result, important moments were missed. This third shooter also had never shot a wedding. She will say this is okay because she worked with us on our payments because I was out of a job and my husband was undergoing insane health concerns (getting diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and epilepsy nbd). While the initial work was strong, the failure to meet contractual obligations and the lack of communication make this a vendor we cannot recommend for a wedding. We also never did an engagement shoot and were told we could get a book with our photos as a replacement this has not been the case. They also already have our address. I also requested RAW video of my father / daughter dance with my disabled father and our vow exchange because that apparently doesn't come with the package we got. I offered to pay and was told it was okay and I didn't need to. I have followed up 5 times since February with no reply.

He replied right away and even re-arranged his schedule to accommodate a visit from my nephew's favorite super hero Batman at his superhero themed birthday party. It was easy to pay directly through his website, everything was straightforward and it looks like Sean is used to working with kids (from reading his website). I gave him my sister's contact info to coordinate anything he needed and he arrived just as expected. Everything was great- the kids loved him of course and he stayed to play games. From the pictures, my nephew was on top of the world that Bat man came to his birthday party. It was great and I really appreciated Sean's willingness to work this visit into his schedule. It meant a lot to me. I would highly recommend him!
