What we got instead was a disorganized, last-minute, hands-off experience that caused unnecessary stress and deep disappointment. Communication was inconsistent from the start. After booking, I didn't hear from her again for weeks -- and only when I followed up. She sent a Canva questionnaire and then went quiet. Every time I reached out, I was met with "I'm slammed" or "I'm out of town." Our walkthrough didn't happen until late April, and even then, she never followed up on layout corrections I requested. I ended up creating a full wedding day binder with every detail outlined -- from music to seating to décor -- because she wasn't stepping up. She didn't follow it. The ceremony layout was wrong, reserved signs were ignored and lost, our grand entrance was botched, trash cans were in the background of photos, and our custom seating chart looked like a school project. She began tearing down décor before 10 p.m. -- our wedding ended at midnight -- which caused guests to leave early. We never got our private last dance. A keepsake mini-golf sign she promised we could keep was taken. She stopped responding entirely after the wedding. I didn't expect perfection, but I expected professionalism, follow-through, and care. I regret not trusting my instincts earlier -- hiring her was the biggest mistake of our wedding. The only real value was her inventory, and even that was poorly executed. Brides: think twice. You only get one wedding day. Don't put it in her hands.
