Our proposal photos were beautiful, but our wedding experience and thereafter was extremely disappointing. Our contract specified three shooters, yet we were only provided two for most of the time, with no adequate warning or explanation. I was told the night before our wedding the Lockes wouldn't even be present at my wedding which was shocking because we hired them, not their team. A "third shooter" was briefly present earlier in the day, then replaced, leaving us understaffed for the remainder of the event. As a result, important moments were missed. This third shooter also had never shot a wedding. She will say this is okay because she worked with us on our payments because I was out of a job and my husband was undergoing insane health concerns (getting diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and epilepsy nbd). While the initial work was strong, the failure to meet contractual obligations and the lack of communication make this a vendor we cannot recommend for a wedding. We also never did an engagement shoot and were told we could get a book with our photos as a replacement this has not been the case. They also already have our address. I also requested RAW video of my father / daughter dance with my disabled father and our vow exchange because that apparently doesn't come with the package we got. This is an edited review! There was some miscommunication issues. However received our 3 edited videos on time and enjoyed them (the quality was what we expected). We opted to buy raw footage that was offered to us. We did receive it and a refund for that portion was offered/received to make it right. read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! I do NOT recommend Locke Creations!! They were unprofessional and disorganized, making an already stressful time even worse. A week before our wedding, Amanda swapped herself out with another photographer due to another couple's emergency--which, while understandable, left us frustrated since we specifically booked Amanda. Communication was poor throughout, with delayed responses and last-minute follow-ups that we had to initiate. The day of the wedding, important moments were missed, including the groomsmen getting ready, despite us booking full-day coverage. The photographers were idle when they should've been capturing key shots. After the wedding, delivery of our photos was delayed multiple times (still within the contract limits but Amanda kept saying she would have the photos done in a week, that week came and went and nothing), with no proactive updates--we only got them after repeated follow-ups, months later. Some photos were decent, but many were poorly edited and had to be fixed by my husband. One of the photographers even followed up asking for a tip after the fact, despite underdelivering and already being given her Venmo. Overall, they lacked creativity, missed important moments, and added unnecessary stress. Their low pricing isn't worth the trouble--we would never hire them again or recommend them to anyone. read more

Locke Creations is hands down one of the best photography/videographer team to book for your wedding day! We just got married on 10.07.2023. Amanda & Herman take the time to truly get to know you as a couple and make sure they capture the most perfect day for you! We hired them pretty early in our wedding planning process. We first had our engagement photos down, a boudoir shoot and then our wedding day! They are a couple who are so easy to work with, explain your vision too & make you feel comfortable! We had the best time with them throughout our wedding day. Also, we had our sneak peeks back the next day. Amanda and Herman are so thorough in everything they do. We not only had 5 or 6 sneak peeks but almost 40 photos to look at & relive the best day ever as we packed for our honeymoon. They were there to capture every moment and our wedding guests kept telling us how much they thoroughly enjoyed our photographer/video team! BOOK Locke Creations for your wedding day if you are looking for a vendor who not only will capture your entire day, but also help you with finding other vendors and keeping you calm during the wedding planning process! Amanda and Herman did our wedding videography last minute and we couldn't have been happier to have them. They made us feel so comfortable and even took pictures when our photographer disappeared so we had them of our special day to make sure we had them! They since have done mini shoots for fall and Christmas with our pup and our maternity pictures!
