We had been going to this location for 4 years in a row. This year 2017, the wheels feel off! The…read morephotographer rushed through the shoot. They didn't pay attention to the location of the backgrounds vs location of our daughter or with coordinating with her outfits. We still spent over $300 and when we picked up our photo books they were totally wrong. They offered to remake them and mail them direct to us. They said it would only take 10 days. After 3 weeks I called and they said they were there at the store. I went to pick them up and found out that they were not there and the new ones hadn't even been made yet. It was over a month later!! I got no sympathy, no credit, just an offer for a discount on our next purchase. Well, there will not be a next purchase. I will spend more money someplace else, just to NOT go there. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
