I didn't hear back so called again, left another message but again, they never responded or returned my call. What kind of business claims they want to help, but refuses to call back? We wanted to have our teen have counseling and we wanted to do family counseling so it would have been a significant investment for us but we needed the help. Apparently, this company doesn't care when a family is in crisis since they cannon return calls.

I returned in February 2018 and I was amazed that the building was even better than I remembered! The entire facility had been upgraded, we still had most of the amazing staff that was there from 2009 and I had the privilege of meeting and working with new employees. We have such an amazing team, nursing staff who truly care for residents like they were family, and a phenomenal rehab team that will make a huge difference in your recovery! When you place your family at a skilled nursing home, whether it be for rehab or for long term care, you should feel like home when you walk in the building. You should see a clean facility with content residents. You should be greeted at the front door with staff who help you with any concerns. I know there are negative reviews out there, but from your first step in to the building you will see the difference. We aren't perfect, but we do learn from our mistakes and we educate to make sure that our residents have the best care possible. The best feeling is when we get to see our residents successfully graduate from our program and walk out of the doors!
