In my case I was charged at least more than $300 than the official Toyota. Moreover, I was charged for materials that I provided and I should be charged only for labor. Also they added a ridiculous surcharge for "shopping" for the required parts. But unfortunately I found everything out when the work was done. So please don't believe them. Philip agreed to refund $220(that's why 2 stars review instead of 1)for overcharge and mistake charge for material that I brought. But I still believe that at the official Toyota in general I would pay much less than at tuffy. I also brought their ad voucher for a 10% discount for any work that was over $300" but he refused to provide the discount, it's about $150 that I could get for my ~ $1500 bill with them. As Steve Jobs used to say: " One more thing" - when I told Toyota about my car and what was done - they told me that most likely I don't need half of replacements that was done by a tuffy. So probably I lose even more money than I think. Bottom line: BE CAREFUL and take your time to make sure that you will not be overcharged and make sure that you really need the work that they are offering. I don't know about the other brands but if you have a relatively new Toyota - it's much better to go to the official Toyota for repairs.

About 2 weeks after picking up my jeep I was driving in west Texas and a strip of molding came off the top of my car (not related to the repairs). I talked to Summer about the molding replacement and she asked me bring my jeep to the Cedar Park location. Summer then arranged for their shop to replace the molding free. I purchased the correct molding from the MoPar dealer and classic installed it without any cost to me. Thank you Summer and the repair shop personnel that installed the molding.

I I was put off by the service department because they made it so for me to bring my Tundra in to have a technician evaluate a cracked windshield. The receptionist told me that I would have to leave my Tundra overnight to allow the technician to evaluate the windshield which would probably take less than 5 minutes. I reminded the service advisor that I had been told at the last oil change my car was due to have the brakes flushed. He was concerned about my safety and wanted to make sure my car was in top shape for the trip. I waited in the lobby for the service to be completed. When I received my car, I thought the brakes felt somewhat better. Saturday, June 27, I left early on my trip and when passing through Austin, I realized I did not have brakes. I was very scared and called my husband to help me find a Honda Service Center. He found that I was very close to the Round Rock Honda Service Center. When I arrived at their location at 8:30 a.m., I almost couldn't slow down enough to turn into their driveway. I was met by Sean Kizer, Round Rock Honda Service Center Advisor. I explained the situation to Sean, and he suggested I needed to have my brakes flushed. I told him that I had just had them done on Thursday. He asked if he could drive my car to check the brakes. He told me that he almost didn't get the car to stop at the garage door when he came back around. Sean indicated that they would be getting the car in right away to figure out what needed to be done. They did another brake flush and found some air in the lines, but the brakes were still stiff and not working. While trying to check on the actual brakes it was discovered that one of the lugnuts on a back wheel was cross threaded. They were certain it was that wheel that had the brake problem. The whole scenario was mind boggling to me because I had a funeral in Missouri, I was trying to attend on Monday and was being told they didn't have the lugnut and parts they expected they would need until Monday, June 29. I asked Sean to talk with my husband on the phone to explain the situation. They discussed the situation and I was able to understand more of what needed to be done. Sean immediately got busy locating the aftermarket parts my husband had just requested so they could get me back on the road. During the day, I would check in with Sean and get progress reports. He promised me they would get me out by the end of the day. The staff at Round Rock Honda Service were very friendly and helpful. I met the mechanic Kevin and was very impressed with him. Even the parts clerk helped me with the coffee machine. I happily and safely drove off their lot at 3:30 p.m. that day. Thanks to the Round Rock Honda Service Center staff, I had a safe trip to Missouri and return home.

They also chatter scratched one of my wheels with the tire bar very badly on chrome rims. Then charged me 150 dollars for the install and made me reinstall the 3 lug nut covers that weren't broke. Really pissed off as I take immaculate care of my vehicles. So now im out 150 for the install and ballance 200 to replace the 1 broken lug cover and replace the scratched up one and probably 250 to 350 for another wheel.
