At first I thought the work that was done good, but it was very fast. I was also unsure why the company shown on the truck parked outside was different than what's advertised here on Yelp as JPro. Either way, after the drain was snaked there was still a strong odor of sewage throughout the house several days after the work was done. Out of concern for safety, I reached back out to ask if the piping could be reevaluated for structural damage, especially since my mother who is older and was recently discharged from the hospital lives in the home. I also researched that if the cap is improperly seated on the vent on the roof, the odor can be recirculated through the home. I communicated this to the plumber. To date, no one has returned to evaluate for damages and I received little to no response from the plumber that visited the home initially. I don't know if this is the standard response, but it's unfortunate that the work was potentially rushed and improperly completed. I am also unsure if the work is insured, but I'd recommend to make sure to ask about all of these details if you choose to let JPro service your home.

I chatted with him and he told me that he took this business over from his father and has been doing it for 16 years. The broken pipe was under our manufactured home and he quoted me a decent price that was not super expensive. After he fixed this pipe, he said that it may take about an hour for the adhesive to dry because it was still pretty cold outside and that he had to go to another job. He said that he'd check back with me in about an hour and he did so. I then turned the water back on and the pressure was good. After I let him know everything was good, I received a phone call from his office and they took my credit card payment over the phone. I highly recommend him for plumbing issues.

He subsequently met me at my home to review how CFM is calculated, based on square footage of home and the tonnage of the HVAC system. He assured me that the technician made the proper shroud apeture calibrations. Then he went above and beyond to double-check that the unit is wired to "always be on" which required him to go up into the freezing cold attic. He made sure I was completely satisfied and had all my questions answered, even inviting me to call if additional arise. The technician found a kinked air duct going to the kitchen and took the time to fix it for us. Great service! I use Sinclair a lot and definitely recommend them.The technician did not measure the CFM airflow feeding the supply side of my HVAC, which is necessary to properly adjust the Reme shroud aperture opening as indicated in the owners manual. He just left the shroud apeture fully open, which could shorten its life and generate an ozone odor. I didn't like that part. It's just lazy. Perhaps Sinclare will send over someone to measure CFM and make the proper adjustments. They are a good, reliable company.

According to the plumber that repaired my tank, Leak-Tek had used the wrong wire nuts and the wires were loose and arcing. Not only did this keep my tank from working, this could have led to a fire that could have destroyed my home. In addition, the same parts that were replaced by Leak-Tek had to be replaced again. Upon inspection by the plumber, the parts Leak-Tek installed were not OE parts even though it was a warranty repair. I have not had any problems since the legitimate plumbing professional serviced my tank. Be careful with who you choose to do repairs in your home.
