My Mother-in Law and Sister-in Law live with my wife and i and they both have been diagnosed with Cancer. SO WE NEED OUR PLUMBING TO WORK! The first day, Dillon and Zach came prepared to repair a clogged pipe. Dillon quickly diagnosed the problem as a collapsed line coming from the house to the tank. The other day our AC went out. the next morning I called Sinclair and by noon the fellow was out to our place giving us an estimate on what he found. He was a marvelous young man and no pressure on what our opinions were. he explained each one for us to decide what to do. We decided to go with a new unit as our old one was over 17 years old and be useless to put a lot of money in an old unit. In my opinion these are the best hvac service company in Lubbock. They are honest, dependable and professional. They had scheduled an appointment for a Monday and hadn't showed up during normal business hours but they called about 7:oo P.M. said that they were on their way. My unit is 22 years old and I was afraid I would be billed after hours rate, but was told only regular rate would be charged. Being my unit is 22 years old I was afraid they would say I needed a new unit. The technician went through the basic steps and come to find out it just needed the coils cleaned out. My water heater seemed to be leaking, so I called Sinclair plumbing. The technician came out to check the situation. He could have told me the water heater was old and worn out. Instead, he advised me to continue to watch it and continue on with the one I have. He could have insisted on me purchasing a new water heater at the high rate and collected the money. Instead, he showed me how to turn the water off should it begin to leak seriously and left me a statement should I need to order a new water heater in the future. My water heater was not heating on a Friday evening. I googled 'water heater repair in Lubbock, Tx and Sinclair Heating and Plumbing came up. I used their website to request service. The next morning David fro Sinclair called me. He gave me a few tips to repair it myself and offered to send out a person to look at it if I wanted. I took his advice and the water heater is working fine and cost me $11.00 to do it myself. I don't normally take time to write about great service but this one merits it. This company has been servicing a AC unit that was poorly installed by the previous owner for 4 years. This house in Lubbock is one we bought and remodeled for our children to attend Tech. While most companies take advantage of college kids, they have always been honest, prompt and completely capable of fixing the problem the first time. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. They will fix the problem and try to save you as much money as possible. I was forced to use another company through a warranty policy and they told me I needed to replace my compressor. Sinclair's technician was professional and found that it was actually the fan motor (much less expensive) that needed repaired. Sinclair also got to me the same day I called vs the other company I used which took a week to even look at the AC. My house is cool again and I am very happy with their service! read more

Needed to change out the hose on an outside faucet but the vacuum breaker had fused to it and the hose connection. Most likely caused from the hard water. Called Sinclair late afternoon and they sent a technician first thing next morning. Technician was polite, courteous and professional. Removed the vacuum breaker without any damage to faucet and installed new vacuum breaker. Very happy with service. Would use Sinclair again. read more

Our AC quit working over the weekend, and with this 100 degree heat, I really needed to get it fixed ASAP. Annual HVAC maintenance turned up and igniter on the way out, so technician (Clee M.) advised me of possible issues if not replaced. Agreed to have him replace the igniter today....that way I don't wake up without heat any time soon. Appreciated Clee M. bringing this issue to my attention.
