I have found great items from food to cosmetics to pet goodies. I was grateful to find they have many options even though they are on the smaller side. When it is cold I often come for the warm and ready gumbo and tortilla soup. Their low carb ready to go meals have made my life so much easier during the busy week. They even have sourdough fresh made in the bakery. I usually end up here over most other stores for my main groceries due to the always pleasant experience. It does tend to get pretty crowded and parking can be tricky. So I often come during early hours during the week.

Miss Nora, needs to give the same energy back that she was given a few moments ago. I was helpful and pleasant and grateful. She made zero eye contact and never showed any gratitude for business. I understand people can have bad days, but when someone is paying attention to you, try to at least show some semblance of life. Zero acknowledgement. We can go back to machines, they at least say "thank you" when they produce the receipt. I don't need the thanks, I sure as hell did not need the total lack of acknowledgment. She was as engaging as a machine. It's pretty sad. Give me the job, I've done this work before, I get it.

Then, Andy's River float was way better (again I know that's out of human control) but didn't have to walk and it flowed the whole time and lasted longer. Quick pick up service and had a blast that second day. I am from the Abilene area, just like HH and wanted to give them my business and continue to support but I no longer will after this past experience with them.
