The long version : At the beginning of 2024 I was informed that the rent on my apartment was going to be increasing yet again, and despite the state of the housing market I decided it was time for me to go ahead and look for a place of my own. After attending one of Angel's home buying seminars I reached out to let her know what I was hoping to find with a new home. Angel quickly took my long list of requirements and helped me to locate the perfect place nearby the medical center. She was absolutely on top of every aspect of the home purchasing process, which was a great relief for me as things were getting crazy at work which left me with little spare time to focus on home buying. Angel is definitely not just a "door opener". She brings years of experience and knowledge of the Houston housing market to the table, and knows all of the ins and outs. She has your back and makes sure you don't get taken advantage of and feel informed throughout the process. I will definitely be recommending her to any of my friends or family looking to buy or sell in the Houston area, and I will be going to her for any future needs as well. 10/10 top notch experience. Thanks for getting me home, Angel!

If you like someone who will work every angle to your benefit, Sally might be a good fit for you!…read more Not only did I use Sally when I moved from Utah to Texas 4.5 years ago. I used her again to sell my current home and buy the next one. So this review is X3 the value IMO! Look, I don't know why Sally said yes to us this 2nd time around because the first time we used her probably gave her some gray hairs. When we first moved to TX, my financing was delayed and we were about to lose the contract while I was in the middle of Albuquerque moving my family. Sally stepped up her game and kept the house under contract while we waited for the financing to finalize. She even got us into the house as renters in the meantime so we weren't homeless. This was an extremely difficult challenge for us and Sally really came through even though it was no where near easy. Now my 2nd experience came to a close just a few weeks ago. The buyers of my home got cold feet and pretty much backed out on the day of closing. As you could imagine, we were packed up and ready to close on our new home. Devastated, we contemplated not moving at all because of hardship this was placing on our family. Sally and her Broker Courtney jumped right it, rolled their sleeves up and got into the mud with the buyers and their agent. In the end, we closed 2 days late, but they got they deal to go through! I cannot tell you how many late night emails she answered for me, how many times we discussed strategy and how many times she came through on so many points of what we needed in our contract to buy and sell our home. Would I use her again? Absolutely. Would I recommend her to anyone? Based on her saving my bacon twice, YES!

Her professionalism and friendliness left such a lasting impression that when I was ready to purchase a home four years later, she was the first person I reached out to. In 2015, Valerie helped my family and me navigate the challenging and competitive real estate market in Sugar Land. It was our first time buying an existing home, and we had countless questions throughout the process. Valerie demonstrated immense patience, answering all our inquiries thoroughly and thoughtfully. She consistently offered honest opinions and showed genuine concern for my family's unique needs and preferences. When it came time to make an offer, Valerie's deep knowledge of the market proved to be an invaluable asset. Her expertise in negotiations and understanding of local trends gave us confidence every step of the way. She was incredibly accessible and attentive, staying in constant communication and ensuring we felt supported throughout the entire process. Once again, she exceeded our expectations, bringing the same dedication, expertise, and warmth that made our first experience with her so memorable. Valerie truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and her wealth of knowledge is unmatched. She then tried to tie me to a contract and an artificially high mortgage rate so that she could get a kick-back from the lender. Sleazy. In real estate, the funny thing is, the good people do a lot of volume. And because they do a lot of volume, they do not feel the need to try and scheme your contracts or send you to "her preferred lender" (how laughable from a do nothing broker) for an extra $500. So people that do not do much volume, but may have "experience" as they are not young have it implied they are likely average at best and may behave badly. Look elsewhere as relationships drive real estate, and you should have someone trustworthy.

Working with Deborah Bly and her team was by far the BEST experience I have EVER had when selling a house. I initially "stalked" - virtually- several realtors on-line. I watched who people were listing with in my neighborhood and who was selling faster with regards to particular agents. Deborah and her team kept rising to the top in terms of days on market and sales. So then I "stalked" her virtually in other areas of sales and her and her team were selling properties fast. Ultimately, it came down to two agents in the League City area for me, Deborah's Bly Team and another one (which will remain nameless). I called each and the Bly team responded quickly and efficiently to my questions and got a message to Deborah who called me back promptly. Deborah set up a time to come to the house. She was prepared and answered all my questions. She gave me tips on what I needed to do in terms of getting the house ready for sale and I wrote down each thing. She sent absolutely the BEST photographer I have EVER had the pleasure to have at a property I own. The photographer took AMAZING pictures that highlighted my property in the best light. When the photographer was done my property looked like it belonged in a high end magazine. The day my property was listed I had THREE showings and two offers. The next day more showings and more offers! In all we had at least four offers and worked with the top two. The offers came in $15k above listing. I KNOW it was due to Deborah and her magic, plus giving me the right preparation tasks and the best photographer that sold my house within A DAY! See the pics attached of her work! We closed within 30days and moved as planned. It was honestly the best selling experience I have EVER had! Thank you Deborah !
