This mistake cost us hundreds of dollars and created completely avoidable stress during an already high-stakes process. What made this situation even worse was her behavior before and after the error. She repeatedly talked over me, dismissed my concerns, and failed to listen when I tried to clarify details--details that would have prevented this mistake in the first place. When I finally called her out on the error, she took zero responsibility. Instead of owning the mistake or offering a solution, she became defensive and unprofessional, telling me "this is my agency, I own this, and you can't escalate to management." That response alone speaks volumes about her accountability and customer service standards. Next month is the annual renewal. I was unable to set up monthly billing through their website so I called them this morning. The first call entered me in a loop of transferring. At one point I was told by the automated system to call back during regular business hours. it was 9:30 am cst. Second call started me in sales department, I explained what I needed and the person didn't know if that could be done, she needed to transfer me to service. I explained to service the situation and they said it could be done, but ththey had to transfer me to sales. The next person said it could not be done. Out of frustration I told them to cancel my membership. since I had paid in full almost a year ago, there would be a refund due for the unused portion. They were unable to tell me how much the refund was and where it would be issued. They said it would go to the card I paid with a year ago and no one in their company knew that card number or even the last 4 digits. I was told someone would call me back. When I received the call back, the person started from scratch and said she understood I wanted to cancel and she co help me with that. I explained that was handled by the previous person and my question was about the refund. She spoke over me several times. she was no help. I told her that call was a waste of time. she said she would put in a complaint for me and get me a call back. I said oh please no. Told her I'd do my own complaint on yelp. I can ima how much money this company spends to attract new customers. Sadly that is a waste if you are not going to provide decent customer service. former 6 year member
