I have lived in other locations in Houston with various management companies and I have witnessed the chaos and confusion resulting from mismanagement. Now, as an HOA board member I can see first-hand the challenges faced by HOA boards and management companies trying to keep everyone happy, yet at the same time, enforcing HOA rules and guidelines. Creative Management has gone 'over and above' many times to meet the demands of our condominium owners and residents! CMCTX issues mass emails, as needed, to inform owners and residents of issues and resolutions. Ray, our CMCTX rep is simply amazing. He frequently answers calls (and complaints) from residents and does his very best to resolve issues. Many times, however, these 'complaints' are the result of a violation and the resident is just trying to "get around the rules". When reading negative reviews, I would suggest you 'consider the source' and the context of the complaint. I look forward to working with Creative for years to come!!

    I purchased my home from Riverway Homes about a year ago. Overall, the home has been solid, but…read moreI've encountered a recurring roof issue that has been difficult to resolve due to lack of follow-up. When I reported an active leak, a representative was sent out, but the inspection was limited to the attic and concluded the issue was "condensation." Based on the location (directly beneath a roof vent in a laundry room) and the volume of water, that explanation did not align with the conditions observed. To move things forward, I hired a licensed roofer, who identified clear installation defects: deteriorated/aged vents and unsealed nails. The roofer completed repairs and documented the issues with photos and an invoice. Since then, I have made multiple attempts over several weeks to contact Riverway regarding reimbursement for what appears to be a construction-related defect, but I have not received a response. I would strongly prefer to resolve this directly and update this review accordingly. I'm happy to provide the roofer's report, photos, and invoice upon request. At this point, I am simply asking for communication and a good-faith review of reimbursement for the repair.
