We called LeafFilter for an honest diagnosis to a problem we had with rain water running down the siding and leaking in the windows. The salesman, Lou, at first didn't look me in the eye when I asked if their system would solve our problem but then said it would. Their technician would inspect and stop installation if it wouldn't. Of course, Lou is there to sell a product regardless is you need it or not. And I can't say anything bad about the product but the fact is "we didn't need to spend $5,700.00 for a new gutter system!" Our issue was solved with a few hundred dollars. We didn't need LeafFiler or a new roof! Don't trust these people to give you an honest diagnosis. They don't care...they are there to sell you their system regardless if you need it or not. read more

In considering options for protecting my gutters from being packed with debris I came across only one true option. LeafFilter, while it is true you may have to some sort of device like blower to once a year simply blow the tops off of anything that didn't blow off in its own. Considering the alternatives it's a no brainer to me. I move read through all of their Yelp reviews and any 1 *'s I see are a result of some misconceptions or expectations on what the product did. No you cannot put these up and completely forget that you still own gutters. That said, as far as completely overhauling a system designed in Roman times to make it much more efficient and easy to do maintenance on, there is truly no other option. While I did find cheaper, the systems, designs and materials were sub par and I did not come close to finding a salesman nor installer with the knowledge or enthusiasm I did when dealing with LeafFilter! 6 of 5 stars to make up for the people who think this makes there gutters invisible and thus rate it poorly! read more

Everything from the sales person Victor. To the installers Fred and Kyle who arrived on time as scheduled went very smoothly. We are expecting a heavy rain tonight. I will update my review after the storm comes through. So far I am very happy with this company and their professionalism. Update, after the storm came through the gutters held up perfectly no overflow no blockage no water in the garage or the basement. Very pleased with this company's product. A little bit on the pricey side. But, if it keeps me from getting on a ladder to clean these gutters out it is well worth the price. read more

My roofers wrecked my gutters doing their job. I called these guys to install new ones. 4G later, I have water blowing from the cap ends. I called for service... received a call from one of the bosses and was lectured that my gutters were full if debris. They are not responsible. Hired a contractor for a different job and he checked gutters while on the ladder... with a level...pitched backward.took pics of that. Now these guys want to charge me to clean these out when they pitch them the right way. I think i will hire someone to speak on my behalf to correct this read more

The two guys who came out were very professional, and did a great job with the install. I had a few scheduling issues to work around and they were more than accommodating. They checked with me on everything, and we went over all of their work which was done to their own high standard. read more

This company says in TV ads " Once we put up our ladders to install Leaffilter, you can put your ladder down" This is not true. In less that 30 days of install, I had water running over the edge of my gutters because of debris clogging the guard. The flyer for this product says that the install brackets are hidden. This is not totally true. Because some the fascia on my home is slanted, they had to screw into my shingles and the brackets show. The salesman told me leafFilter does not use outside contractors. This is not true. The man who did my install said he was an outside contractor. I have scheduled service calls and no one showed or showed hours late. I have called and not received responses. My last call to Leaffilter was June 12th, today is the 17th, and I have not heard from them. BEWARE read more

Lou was very knowledgeable about not just what he was presenting to us, but also the products of his competitors. I had done some research on my own before meeting with LeafFilter so I had some idea of what Lou was telling us about this system. After we agreed to purchase this system, it was scheduled for installation within 2 days. The installation went very well and so far works as promised. This system was a bit more expensive than I had originally expected, but within what I was willing spend. And at the end of the day, I don't have to get on a ladder several times a year to clean my gutters...Yea!! I was happy enough with the product and installation that I recommended this to my older brother who also had this system installed on his home. read more

Asked for an estimate, but told them on the phone, we are at high risk in this house from Covid-19, please mask when you come. Totally ignored that, then went from quoting $8000 for 224 feet of perimeter to #3500 within one minute. This is not a service, but a huckster sales culture. No thanks. BTW, when I looked up average cost per foot, it was from 6-10 dollars. The lowball from this guy was double that. Not courteous, they don't observe precautions (which tells me they give fa about our lives here, two old folks with Type A blood and heart issues), and they're trying to squeeze customers. read more
