What company travels over 3 hours into Aiken SC to seek an address that never called them or asked for their services? Where did they get info on homeowner first name and address? His crew oeft my property with the job unfinished, my shed damaged, and drink trash throughout, including inside my shed, which they had no business in. A large limb damaged my shed from the tree work they were doing, and when Joseph Bryant Byrd II, the owner, was confronted, he tried to lie about it, claiming his crew said a small branch fell, then tried to accuse me of lying about it by insinuating the damage was preexisting. The crew also refused to tell my fiancee, who was home at the time, about the incident. I came home after work and found the damage. I also was told I would be given notice the day before and I wasn't. I got a call from my fiancee saying the people were there to cut the tree. Initially I told them they needed to reschedule because they couldn't keep up their end of the agreement concerning proper notice. After talking some with Joseph, I let them continue to work. A truck that was originally blocking my gate didn't end up needing to be moved. My shed did not leak before they showed up, but did after. When I called him on his lies, he got mad and told his crew to leave. Accidents (or accents as he said in his text to me) happen. It's all in how you deal with it. If the shed was damaged prior, it would have been documented and recorded. It wasnt. His lies were based on the fact that the tree was solid enough to climb, while also being so rotten that it would "shed limbs because dead trees shed limbs." Joseph Byrd is a pathetic excuse for a man and a business owner, and if you're willing to do business with a liar and crook, he's the man for the job. If you want to be taken care of should an "accent" happen, find someone else. read more

Joseph Byrd responded quickly and gave us a very reasonable estimate. His workers came by a few days later and trimmed the dangerous branches off our enormous pine tree. Leaf & Limb removed multiple trees from my property and were efficient in removal and clean up of the property. Price was fair and service was timely. Disappointed the owner was unwilling to finish the project by cutting stumps down to flush with the ground as agreed upon at the outset of the project. Following three requests over 2 weeks and sending pictures of the job, continually offered to upsell for stump grinding but would not acknowledge that the project was incomplete or offer to rectify in any way. I had an overgrown juniper bush - two stories high and as wide - in my yard, much too large to prune. Leaf&Limb gave me a advice about prune vs removal, gave me a good price, arrived when they were scheduled, and chopped down and removed all the above ground greenery from my property quickly and efficiently.
