We never felt rushed, and everything flowed smoothly. The food was delicious across the board. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you're catching up with friends over a meal. We'll absolutely be back and would recommend it for both small gatherings and group meetups.

We've been here twice. The staff is very nice. Anytime we've gone in, they're good to us. My only…read morebad customer service experience was my boyfriend trying to come in to use the bathroom and being told he had to pay because they were doing some kind of event. He just wanted to be chaperoned. Aside from that, good. Drinks are alright. My boyfriend is a wimp when it comes to alcohol, and maybe it's because of that, but their Long Island Iced Tea had a bite to it. If you're not sitting at the bar, you have to go up to it to order. There were a lot of people who didn't know that sitting around for a server looking to leave. The only thing that makes it awkward is that when it comes to drinks, it feels like you have to stay and wait for them to come back with the drink. With food, they'll bring it out to you. My main issue is that we came in on a Friday. I don't know if this is an every week thing, but for this week, it was a Fish Fry Friday. We were told that we couldn't order off the regular menu until 7:00, and it was 4:00 when we got there. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt - on one hand, it's a special and they want to sell them, on the other, I don't want to sit around for three hours waiting to eat something. It wasn't a huge issue, we got our drinks and went to Tacos el Paisa. It kind of sucks to sit around for so long not being able to eat. Food's decent, but not overwhelmingly amazing. It can get pretty loud in here, avoid Live Music Nights like the plague.

Quality hookahs! I have tried all the Lexington hookah places and this is by far the best! 3. Good costumer service. Staff checked in periodically to see if we need anything. I expressed to the staff that I would like to seat outside, but since there were costumers outside already there was no room. Once the outside freed up the waiter asked whether we would like to move. I really appreciated that he not only remembered but was ready to move us. 4. Knowledgeable staff. Often at hookah places the staff places the coals to burn and dry out the shisha quicker. The staff was not pulling any tricks on us, but took care of our hookah and assured a good experience. Our hookha was looked after, coals were regularly replenished without us having to request it. Will def. be returning! :)

The flavors are good, the staff is really nice, and the location can't really be beat. The only thing I disliked about it was the atmosphere, and that's a personal preference thing. I went at 2 am with some friends on a Friday night and they were playing loud music, which isn't exactly my thing. Another time I went in the afternoon (maybe 3:30 pm on a Thursday), and it was fairly calm and chill. I guess what time you go should depend on what you're looking for. If you think the atmosphere is for you, I recommend it. Moreover, and perhaps most importantly, the staff is really attentive to the happiness of the customers. I don't know that you'd get better service anywhere else; I know I haven't. The overall experience makes this place worth it.
