A few weeks ago I decided it was time to finally have my attic ladder replaced before the rungs brake any more than they already have. I reached out directly to AtoZ and Rod was professional and easy to work with. We went over the project on the phone and he sent me fairly-priced labor estimate around a day later. I picked up the replacement ladder myself from the local big box hardware store since I could, and it was cheaper for me to provide it. Rod and his assistant arrived on time with what I can only assume is an entire hardware store in tow behind the truck, and they got to work. They even cleaned up the trim so the ladder install looks cleaner than the previous install job. Will use AtoZ again in the future, for sure.

Collins Comfort pays for the repair as part of the new installation. Not long after we had the AC replaced we had a minor leak from our second floor that damaged the first floor ceiling drywall. We wanted to get some drywall in the ceiling repaired either way in that area (around the family room/kitchen area). Even though Jeff and his partner were great the first time I ALWAYS get multiple quotes on projects to make sure I'm paying a reasonable price for our home repair needs. I had 2 other Drywall repair companies come by and then had Jeff come back and look at the 6' x 6' foot space that needed to be replaced as well as some patched drywall the previous owners did but did not texturize (for some reason!?). His quote was significantly more reasonable then the others and we immediately scheduled him to come. Jeff arrived on time and immediately started taping off the entire kitchen/family room. The family room was where we were replacing drywall while there was about 5 different sections he was going to texturize around the family/kitchen area. He covered the ceiling fan, the light fixtures, and took out the recess lights. He came back the next morning to "scrub" the drywall and then left everything up for us (per our request) so we can easily paint the entire ceiling without making a mess.
