Can't continue to support a business ran by a racist owner! When you call a black UPS driver a nigger simply because you're upset that one package is missing from your delivery. When confronted by UPS management....he lies about what he said, and tried to offer taking a polygraph test as if he would actually go through with it. Deep down in his heart, he knows what he said! UPS chose to stand with the owner, even though this employee has never had any complaints or other situations. Now he's being transferred to Kissimmee all because of the racist at Leadfeather. Me, my sisters, and friends have spent thousands of dollars with this place....not knowing how they really feel about black people. We found it to be a really nice place, especially with such a friendly staff. They were very helpful as we tried out the archery to learn how to use them. The staff member showed us how to use them and answered all the questions we had. The gun range is well maintained but small as well. I would love to see a longer range. Pricing was affordable. Archery guy was great. Set up my son with a bow and was great to see experience in action. Theyre NOT the typical douchebag gun store, where you walk in and everyone's looking at you like theyre youre only avenue for firearms purchasing and knowledge. I hate that feeling and wont go to the "yellow tables at the gun show" stores any longer. Nothing like a moron business man on a segway to make you feel inferior to his almighty knowledge and plentiful staff of tattooed, goateed, semi-bodybuilders who dont know crap about guns. I use LeadFeather's gun practice range periodically & have found it to be a good 'fit' for my needs. Recently, I encountered a technical problem while reassembling a Glock handgun I'd just cleaned, ie, the slide locked up. No matter what I tried I was unable to get that slide to release. I called LeadFeather, described what had happened, & asked if they might be able to help. They said I could stop by and they'd check it out. Less than 10 minutes after I arrived at their shop, they had evaluated/fixed the slide problem & I was out the door. AND, LeadFeather would not accept a single red cent for having resolved the problem! read more

Five years coming here now I purchased all my firearms prices are outstanding the range did go up from $10-$15 but whenever I go in they are always there asking if they can help and they take the time with you concerned about your needs and finding a way to help you. I renewed my range membership today and all in all it was a smooth experience. All your employees I've dealt with have great customer service skills. After walking in the door from a long absence it was like being in a candy store for me. I've never seen so much merchandise in one place and each product has its own special place. Someone's lying to me. All I keep hearing about on broadcast news is the dangers of "Assualt weapons" and everything. I go into leadfeather, and look around... They have pistols, shotguns, carbines, rifles... But you know what they DONT have... An Assualt weapons section. A good friend took me shooting today for the first time and as a Canadian I had very little experience in businesses like this, but I was felt to be more than welcome. After a time on the range, we wandered the store. As someone who is very inexperienced with firearms, I was greatly impressed by their selection and the knowledge of their staff. Looking for a nice range, we was so we drove up to Leadfeather. No it does not have fancy coffee, nor will you find people trying to be someone else walking around.
