Sometime around September-October I telephoned this establishment to inquire about a used vehicle I…read morewas interested in. Right off the bat I got the run around by the individual who answered the phone. I told him I was out of state but had no problem driving to Hamburg to make the purchase. This information did nothing to stop the game playing. I have purchased approximately 12 cars in the last 20 years so I recognize car salesman BS right away. A few days later, without making the purchase, I got a return phone call from a supposed general manager. GM tried peppering me with word salad with a side of blah blah blah about me having to purchase license plates in order to transport the vehicle back to my home state along with other nonsense and garbage. I told the GM I would be arriving with my own check in full for the car which means I can take the plates off of my own car to transport it back. Yes, this is a legal maneuver as long as there is active insurance on the vehicle the plate is removed from and the title to the vehicle purchased is in my immediate possession. This also allows the customer to register and title the car themselves. At this point, I was tired of the run around the GM was trying to give me and I simply hung up. I ended up finding the same vehicle, same color, 5K miles less at another out of state dealer who even shipped the car to me for under $1000 dollars. The entire transaction was completed in one day online as I never stepped foot in the dealership 5 states away. The car arrived 3 days later at my front door without a scratch. BTW, the purchase didn't include the word salad, BS tricks or gimmicks. The dealer was only interested in making a straightforward sale. Kelly Hyundai did me a big favor by turning away my business.

I will absolutely recommend him and the dealership. Also, I don't know why no one's talking about the amazing technology that Hyundai offers in their vehicles because this is one of the nicest cars we have ever had!

Brought the issue up at my next service visit (around 25k miles). I was told that they didn't find anything and sent me on my way. The smel persisted but I never noticed any antifreeze where I parked but continued to bring up the issue at service visits. Nothing was found to be the cause. October of this year I brought my Blazer in for an inspection and oil change (42k miles) and was told my radiator was leaking. Cost to replace, $1500 because it was conveniently out of the warrenty period. I explained that the smell of antifreeze was present for the last year and was brought up at each visit so obviously the problem with the radiator was present under warrenty. They did not budge on their stance of $1500, they even tried to sell me $2000 worth of tires. A quick search of the official chevy parts site shows the radiator cost is $308. That puts the cost to install at $1100. Customer care was also useless in trying to get this resolved. Will never purchase another GM vehicle from Outten and will look outside of the GM family for my next vehicle.

The vehicle and specs in the screenshot were from their website. I initially found the vehicle in a post on another site link which led me to their official website, as seen in the picture. The initial post stated the (used) car was around $11,000, but I couldn't find the post a few days later, when I was able to make arrangements to travel the 30/45 minute drive to see the car. I physically called and spoke with Phil, who was unable to confirm the availability and pricing, but stated he would contact me back with the information via text- which he didn't. This resulted in text information phishing, requesting that I send my personal documents to him, despite not yet being provided with the requested information. Refer to screenshots of conversation. I refused to send copies of my license until I actually would agree to purchase a vehicle in person.... Still no price confirmation. The next day I received a call from a lady who confirmed the availability of the vehicle in question, but again couldn't confirm the price. She said she would have to call back again to confirm the price- which a little while later she did. She quoted me a price of over $19,500!! After speaking with my ''mechanic " we agreed to still make the travel up to see the vehicle and see if we could talk them back down to the price listed in the original posting of $11000. After making the 40min drive up, we were greeted by a young man who introduced himself pleasantly and chatted with my mechanic about his car. He showed us the car on the lot and my mechanic showed him the small print in their website post stating the car was listed as Best SUV under $15000, and asked him what the asking price was. Again, the sales person didn't know and had to go back inside to ask. A few minutes later he came out and quoted us over $23000!!!!! My mechanic contested and said we could get a new car for that price and the salesman got an attitude with a snarky "Bye then". Long story short- do NOT trust these people. Do NOT give them your personal information because they are Not operating an honest business nor do they demonstrate integrity. I found a better more reasonable option an hour later at another dealership which had prices posted on their vehicles and didn't make it up as they go. Buyer beware of Manderbach!

We ended up wanting to buy a more expensive truck they had on the lot. We thought we had a deal until the numbers for our trade went down by a $1000. We decided to sell the car privately and not trade it in to Kelly. After that decision, we were told that now we had to purchase the Zurich warranty that we had previously been told was optional. Things started to spiral after another couple arrived and began showing interest in the truck that was now ours to lose. Needless to say, we left the dealership after the these two issues and the other couple bought the truck. The manager, Kim it think, never even made an effort to get off his A$$ and come speak to us. Instead he just had the salesman deliver the messages. I have never been to a dealership where the manager doesn't come over and at least introduce himself and it's not like they busy on a Wednesday afternoon.
