I've dealt directly with Mike who's an incredibly nice guy and is an expert at his trade. He's great at meeting production deadlines, giving recommendations and delivering orders on time. They do everything from posters, flyers, even toilet paper...you name it. They work with big companies and are always upgrading their printing equipment. This is a family-owned business that gives personalized service. I even used them to print my wedding invitations. I simply showed them a sample that I saw on the internet and they were able to source the paper for me and make the necessary adjustments to the artwork. The printing quality was top-notch. The prices are pretty reasonable too. I got my biggest surprise when they printed my wedding 'thank you' cards for free! I hope to work with them again in the future.

A fairly second-rate paper. I've found poor writing in its issues, and now have noticed that the…read morefirst page always appears to be a cheesy ad--not exactly the mark of a quality newspaper. In addition, the India Journal now advertises that any subscription comes with a subscription to the Los Angeles Times Sunday edition. However, in the 8-10 weeks I have had my subscription, I have only received the LA Times on a Sunday, without having to call for a replacement paper, twice. I then found that the reason for this success in receiving the paper was that India Journal had somehow signed me up for a second subscription to the LA Times, for which I was billed $36 by the LA times (for only a few months of service). Once the billing problem and duplicate subscription were cleared up, I started having problems with proper receipt of the paper yet again. Most recently, I have failed to receive the paper multiple Sundays in a row, and this week, have the added inconvenience of not even getting a replacement paper, and having to repeatedly speak to the ineffectual yet verbose people in the newspaper's customer service call center. So, to sum it up, after signing up for my India Journal subscription, I receive a weekly rag that appears to be a complete waste of paper, and a weekly frustrating experience trying to get my promised LA Times.
