You just lost out on a 2 week rental while my car was in the shop, and I'll probably never use Hertz again.

Now we're looking at getting on the road and calling enterprise customer service to find us a larger SUV at a location on our route. So we alter our schedule again, show up, wait our turn only to be told they have nothing for us. This is a circus!!!!!
