The vacuum doesn't work either. Since the new management took over and rebranded, the place has gone downhill. I asked a worker a few weeks ago, and he told me it was broken. I reminded him it's been out of commission since May. I'm extremely disappointed and plan to cancel my membership. I'm baffled by the 5-star reviews; it's clear they don't care about their customers.
