I've had an amazing facial so far and today, I had a lash lift and tint done. My before and after photo I snapped for my eyelashes does not do it justice (what can I say, I have punny eye lashes AND I snapped my before photo when I had a light coat of mascara on. My eyelashes are invisible without mascara and I refuse to go out in public with my eyes looking bald!) The spa bed is cushy and more comfortable than any massage table I've ever been on (and I've been on A LOT!). And when offered a blanket (the temperature in there is actually set just perfect) I said yes. Callixandra came back with a sheet and a WEIGHTED blanket!!' (I freakin LOVE those things and sleep with one year round!!) Because I had a bit of mascara on, it required a light cleaning. No problem! The stuff used smells amazing and I had no reaction at all (I'm really sensitive and picky with skin care products). The adhesive tape and silicone thing she put on my eyes to do the lash lift also did not give me any reaction compared to other taps or eye patches I've experienced in the past. Win win for me! I was also blessed with some heavenly shoulder, neck and scalp massage in between the steps of what was put on my lashes. (I'm a huge fan of scalp massage and let her know. I asked if that was generally the routine. Her response was "it depends on clients preference.") I've tried a lash tint in the past at an Aveda salon in the past and vowed to never have one again because it burned my eyes to bad and was so paint full! It left my eyes watering profusely and swollen for the rest of the day. I was a bit nervous to have it done today but had ZERO reaction at all! I would absolutely have this done again at this spa! At the end of the session, I was given a pretty wrapped chocolate and a cut little carton of water to drink. I left feeling SO relaxed, pampered and pretty! I'm definitely planning on returning and just handing them my credit card and asking for all the pampering!

As someone who has had their eye brows ruined on more than one occasion at a salon, the stylists here really take their time on your brows to get them absolutely perfect. I have never had my brows look so good in years, it is well worth the money to know that you are getting it done right and looking good. I really wish I remembered the woman who did mine today, becasue she has to be the best by far. I have never had an actual shape to my brows until now! I highly recommend getting your brows done here. Make sure to call the store and make an appointment too as you are never guaranteed to get them done as a walk-in. They can sometimes get pretty booked up!

It smelled amazing when I walked in and all the jewelry and products were very visually appealing. They sold many good quality jewelry and luxury products. The staff was all so welcoming, fun, beautiful, and very talented. They made the experience very comfortable. I had my very first airbrush experience and left feeling so happy and flawless. I couldn't get over the fact of how natural my makeup was and how light it was. I had such a wonderful experience I decided to have Kess do a brow lamination for me. Again, this is a new treatment for me and I was blown away. I didn't realize I actually had that many brow hairs. The lamination came with a brow tint and she definitely perfected the color. She asked if I would like a scalp massage while the treatment sat on my brows and that definitely elevated my experience.

We walked into the room and she told me to get undressed from the waist down. Other places I have gone, step out of the room and then come back. So this felt a little weird getting undressed in front of her, but she's going to wax my lady bits sooooo I guess who cares? Hahaha She also asked if I had gotten a Brazilian before and asked where. When I told her she said kind of judgy "oh well I've never heard of them." That place is also highly rated! But I decided to try a new, since this is closer to my home. The wax was a bit too warm for my liking but did not burn. You can tell they do these all day because it went quick! From the time I went back to the time I was done with a full Brazilian plus butt strips- about 10 minutes! When I got home, I noticed there was a little wax that had been left behind, nothing I couldn't take care of. The price was also a little more than I am used to. I have never heard of this before. I felt so insulted. I would understand if i committed something bad, to be treated like this. I have had Maddy for 3 years and was only few times (very very few) 5-10 min and everytime I was, she would say? i can't cut your hair today, we will only color, or i can't highlight today, i will only do root touch up, so she was never late for her next appointment. the fact that the manager handled it this way is more horrible. I understand wanting to support your employee but this is not right nor justifiable. I found another place that is so much better and I would NEVER RECOMMEND NEW REFLECTION TO ANYONE SINCE THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. what a shame!!!!!!
