I can't tell you how thrilled I am that I booked an appointment with Taylor because she brought my hair back to life and made my transition to her (a new stylist to me) seamless. My experience was a 10/10. I'll share more below :) What brought me to Taylor was the fact that my long term stylist had retired suddenly. Sadly I wasn't able to get my original color numbers from that stylist and had the stress of looking for a new hairdresser. Finding a hairstylist in Camarillo was initially rougher than I imagined - so many salons either didn't return my calls or were charging double what my old stylist did. I am so lucky I found Taylor through a mutual friend who is a client of hers and by chance this salon is also in my neighborhood. When I reached out to Taylor on social media she immediately responded. She was so sweet and helpful navigating my questions and made me feel confident that she could mirror the coloring and styling that my old hairdresser did. Taylor also could book me within two weeks AND was the MOST affordable compared to everyone else I spoke to at other salons. Walking into Le Tress Couture salon I felt right at home. The salon itself is darling, super fun - glamorous - yet professional. I was immediately offered water or a mimosa upon walking in. Taylor made me feel like I had known her forever and is beautiful inside and out, I felt so comfortable which is a big deal for me. Taylor is a Pro because I gave her one tiny photo to go off of for my old hair color and ombré effect and she nailed it! Like literally I still can't believe it. Do you know how hard it is to recreate a hair color off an old small photo? But Taylor did it - just shows you how good at the hair arts she is. Taylor really brought my hair back to life and all of my friends were impressed when they saw it. She nailed it and the salon was so cute inside. Loved the girly vibes of everyone just getting along and customers chatting, it's a place you don't mind sitting for an hour or two because it feels like a treat. Again, reasonably priced salon with A+ stylists like Taylor here. I'd highly recommend her and definitely have a new local stylist that I love. I'm already booked with her to be back soon. Next time I promise to take some pictures of the salon itself and update them here with my review. But trust me it's a cute place. Also pro tip they also do facials and have an esthetician here. The prices for facials here on their menu board looked super reasonable and I'm definitely going to come back for a facial in the future. Love that this salon is a one stop shop for hair and skincare. Taylor thank you again so much! You killed it, totally nailed my look and now you have a long time friend / customer. Friends - definitely check this salon out if you've been looking for an A+ fun salon in the 805. read more

Kelli and Kerri are some of the most down to earth, caring and funny people that I have ever met!! I cannot stress how truly genuine and nice they are!! I drove over 2 hours to buy my hair topper from Kelli, after much extensive research on hair toppers and all of the places I researched, Le Tress Couture was it. Kelli was not only so knowledgeable and skilled in this department she also just went above and beyond for me! I felt very taken care of! Full customized experience!! From trying it on, to coloring the piece and cutting it to my preference! Her salon is a one stop shop! Plus she is there for you even AFTER all is said and done to continue to answer your questions and share her knowledge! She just doesn't get your business and leave you high and dry like a lot of these other places that sale hair pieces do!! She became like a friend to me! Which was so awesome because being a first time buyer can be intimidating!! & Trust me when I say, she will NOT let you leave unhappy!! She really gave me a wonderful first time buyer's experience! When something ended up not being right, she did not hesitate to make up for it! She is the hair queen! And she wants you to be a satisfied customer!! I also got a blow out from her and her sister too for free!! They are just amazing! Her prices are more than reasonable too for the excellent quality you get! She hand picks all of her human hair herself and takes it to her own personalized local wig maker who then makes all the pieces she sells! So everything is top notch quality. I really feel blessed to have met them both, Kerri is so knowledgeable in hair care too! You'll fill up on so much awesome tips and tricks once you start picking their brains lol. Thanks again girls!! I'll be in touch!! Love y'all, take care!!! read more

Very rude and uncourteous owner. I have had a few bad hair experiences over the decades but to the point where a stylists gets unnecessarily confrontational and defensive with long rude tactless texts to me - is a first - simply because I had asked that she provide a text confirmation on the rate we agreed to have my hair extensions refitted, since a previous hair dresser had overcharged me regardless that she had refitted less extensions than normal. When I went to Le Tress Couture over 2 weeks ago, I met with their owner who frankly talks too much - thats already a red flag. She had provided a reasonable estimate and said she would meet and beat the prior stylists rates. However, she never sent me the text to confirm this as promised - red flag number 2. So when I received countless texts to confirm my appointment for this week I simply responded that I would still go to my appointment provided the owner sent me a written rate as agreed. I received it today with a written tongue text lashing. It boggles the mind that the arrogance of so called service providers in this town dont realize that there are always more salons one can go to and fewer clients - you need only to offend one - and many will in time go elsewhere. Pity there is no zero starts - but there is the Better Business Bureau to whom she has been reported. read more

So I contacted Kelli and told her that I needed a hair resurrection. She laughed and said she loved it! Lol. Let me just tell you, Kelli is AMAZING just right off the bat. She got me in right away and walked me through the process of the next steps needed I've been dying my hair black for about 2 years now. She explained everything that we would need to do to get it out. She made me so comfortable through the process too. She was transparent and honest which I appreciated! Kelli gave me different options and asked me what I was most comfortable with. Just wow off the bat. Kelli made me feel confident right away. Please book your visit! I'm so happy with her services and that's right off the first visit! We have many more to go but I know she will get me to my hair goals ‍ read more

I had my first haircut in 4 years with Kelli. She was meticulous with the bob I requested and knew how to layer it to prevent kinks with my hair type. I donated 12 inches of my hair and really appreciate the options/services she is providing to people with hair loss. I also wanted my hair to benefit a local person as hair donation with large organizations do not seem to be as worthy a cause as previously made out to be. Kelli is a one woman show and had to juggle my appointment with competing priorities but I appreciated that she kept it instead of rescheduling. I would return again to her for her services. read more

Kelli is amazing! She was able to (last minute) fit my 4 year old daughter's first haircut and one for myself (it's been a year since the last one). Kelli was incredibly patient and sweet with my daughter who took a minute to warm up to the idea of having to sit still for 0.2 seconds while someone cut her hair for the first time. Her salon was very clean and we love our haircuts! We'll definitely be going back to Kelli for all of our future hair appointments! read more

I was just on a walk with my dog and I stopped in to this hair salon to see what was going on, because there were balloons and sounded like a party. The owner, Kelli, was soooooo awesome. She invited me in and was just so outgoing and friendly and told me to come back after my walk and she would wash my hair and introduce me to these products. Took my dog home and went back to the salon. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. She immediately sat me down, washed my hair and then blow dryed it using Monat products. Made my hair look better that it has looked in a long time and then was done. SHE DID NOT CHARGE ME A CENT. I tried to give her a tip and again would not take it. Who does something like this. Never tried to push a product on me and gave me 2 roses and I left. She made my day so special...She is amazing. She didnt try too sell me anything. Just made me feel special. She does hair pieces, wigs, not even sure what else , but this was the way beauty shops use to be, where you leave feeling pampered and special. LOVE HER read more

With my mop of curly, graying hair, it's unusual for me to get a good cut the first time around. I was coming off 3 hair cuts with another stylist and wasn't happy with the result. On the first visit to Le Tress, Kelli did an exceptional job on my hair. I don't think I have ever had a cut that worked so well right away and continues to look great weeks later. Yesterday a woman stopped her car in the middle of a parking lot to tell me how much she loved my hair. You can't argue with those results!! Even though the salon is a drive from my home, I will definitely be making the trek for my next haircut with Kelli!! read more

Kelli is such a talented, honest, knowledgeable, friendly and just all around amazing person. I went in with one thing in mind and she did me one better. I havent had a professional haircut in over 5 years because I didnt want to lose the length of my hair after it breaking off due to a chemical cut. I originally just was looking for someone to cut my bangs but after talking to her and sharing my story, she recommended I at least start trimming the dead stuff off. Unlike anyone else who I've seen before, she not only suggested it, she explained why she knew it was a good idea. She checked with me on the length and made sure she didnt cut to much off. Some people can get scissor happy and she is not one of those. She is really great to be around too which makes the experience way less awkward than what I'm used to. It was a pleasure watching her do her thing and her explaining everything to me. I felt like I had been going to her for years. I am now a new fan and will definitely be going back to her only for all my future hair trims and much more. She also makes killer wigs which I'll be going back for as well. Highly recommend her, especially for those like me who are nervous to get a trim. Thank you Kelli!!! read more

I was looking for a new hairstylist and colorist and called Kelli. She was very attentive and asked all the right questions so I booked an appointment for highlights. I was very disappointed with the results. The craftsmanship was not worth the over $200 dollars I spent. My hair turned green and was burnt and over processed. I had hair past shoulders and I had to go to someone else who had to cut my hair extremely short as the hair could not be salvaged. I would not repeat. read more

Just starting up so the place isn't set up yet. Kelli did a great job on my hair - root touch up and trim and blow out. Thank you so much

I love Kelli. I'm excited to finally have a hair stylist I can trust and will be coming back to over and over. Her hours are great, she's flexible, and extremely easy to contact. If she's with a client, you can always text, and she'll respond. My first visit, I came for a consultation. I wanted blue hair and extensions. She listened to exactly what I wanted. I was in love with what she did. I've worn tape-ins for several years, but her application has been the best. I had my extensions in for almost exactly 8 weeks and none fell out and I had no problems at all. She went the extra mile and matched my hair to the extensions even though it wasn't a dramatic difference. I've gotten so many compliments since she dyed my hair. The blue color lasted longer than any fantasy color I've ever done before. I gave her a reference photo and she went with it and dyed my hair in different shades to give me great, fun dimensions. I know for her other clients, she offers privacy and is very considerate of their needs. Love her! read more

Kelli is a gem! I was lucky to come across her website. I have tape-in hair extensions. before I met Kelly, I had no idea how my hair was in bad shape. Kelli Took her time and explained to me the pros and cons of hair extensions. She showed me the proper way that extensions need to be put into the hair. Kelli is genuine and very professional.
