Not happy with Le Swan. Their transportation box was flimsy and not sturdy to be transported. Sundays they do not deliver so my husband had to pick up the cake. He drove like a turtle home. The cake was leaning by the time it made it home. Unacceptable. I've ordered numerous 2 tier cakes and never experienced this. Of course there's no one to contact on Sunday regarding my issue. I've seen this unsuspecting bakery opened for a couple of years now, but never had the chance to stop by until recently. It's a very cute, French style bakery with a case full of macarons, cookies, and other pastries. It looks like they make custom cakes and cookies as well, so if you're looking to cater for a party, this may be worth a visit. I didn't try too much of their stuff, but I did get a few sugar cookies and truly enjoyed it! The cookie was still soft and wasn't overly sweet like other places have done. I also really enjoyed that the frosting was just soft enough and didn't taste stale. I asked the pricing for custom cookies, and it was $60/dozen. Not sure what market rate is, but from what I've heard, it seems to be pretty comparable. Their design and technique is flawless and the cookies looked absolutely adorable. It can be sugary sweet but not flavorful. I ordered a few different flavors but all of them were lack of flavor.
