I came to Le's Nails because my nail tech Kelly started working here. She left from Nailery in Glendale where she was unappreciated by the owner. They lost a fantastic worker. Kelly is the definition of great customer service and she knows what she's doing. I get manly pedicures and feel like a million bucks after. Le's nails salon is spacious. It was great I got hard gel on my super short nails and they looked beautiful and I got the best pedicure! My toes even looked whiter and brighter! Loved it! The staff was super nice the ambiance was so relaxing! I went in alone and was accompanied an hour late by my mom and they still provided the service to her. I loved how they handled that. Tried up to 10 places now for pedis and love this place overall. They provide excellent services. I've gotten spoiled with the foot therapy here. Unlike other places where staff are overly friendly for good reason, that does not happen here. Just great work and Super hygenic too. Yeah, they have massage chairs and they have excellent foot "soaking tubs" They are constantly cleaning. Love that they greet you by name as you come in. I like that a lot. I keep coming back. I went in for acrylic fills, and the owner himself did my nails. He only puts powder on bottom part of nail, so if you have any chipping on top half, it will not be repaired unless you push him to do it. The way he sets the acrylic only on one end, gave the nail an ugly raised look. Update: Days later my nails started chipping! read more

3.5 Stars rounded up to 4 because of who I assume to be the owner, who was checking on everyone to make sure they were enjoying themselves, and who offered me coffee/water and brought me a stylus so I could text while I waited for my gel polish to be removed, haha. But other than that, I have to admit this was a mediocre experience. I guess these are typical LA prices, but I paid $75 for an eyebrow wax, gel manicure, and regular pedicure (plus tip). At this price, which I haven't paid since living in Downtown San Jose, I expected better quality nail work. The pedicure didn't even last for a day, as I stubbed my toe when I got home and a third of my polish chipped off one of my nails. Bummer. I really loved the gel color options they offer here, which bumped the business up a half-star for me, and I chose a "mermaid" color I thought was really bangin'. I knew one of my nails was shorter than the rest, and when the lady asked me if I wanted the others cut shorter and I said yes, I figured she would have made them more even lengths. She also filed one or two of my nails into asymmetrical almonds, which I didn't notice until the end (I was watching the food network). Because one of my nails was comically shorter than the rest, and two other ones looked like they drank too much at the holiday party, I didn't really feel like I could show my right hand off at all. I really liked the way my eyebrows were shaped here though, so I may return for that. Otherwise, I don't really see a reason for me to return unless I can't find a place that offers the same colors at the same price or better. read more

My mom used to go to the shop in the early 2000s when they were down the street more. The owner is still there all the time which I love and their service has always been amazing. There is another shop that I would go and get a pedicure done, I love their new space they have a lot more pedicure chairs available and it looks like they have extended their services which I think it's so amazing. I decided that a trip to Le's nails with my stepdaughter would be great considering how close it is to home. Her and I did in fact have a great time; she loves her nails and I loved mine. I decided to get a leopard print design airbrushed on two nails and my nail technician decided to airbrush black V tips on the rest of my nails rather than using gel nail polish. I was extremely happy with the design immediately after, however, a few hours after leaving the salon I noticed that the airbrush polish applied was coming off. The next day it was worse. I sent a text message regarding my disappointment with my nails and requested to come back to correct it. The confirmation did not happen soon enough for me, and I was no longer available at the proposed time. When I called to let them know that I was no longer available, no other options were presented and I was offered a refund for the airbrush ($19.52 despite spending over $85 on my gel X full set not including tip). Needless to say, I believe much more could've been done to make me happy but there seemed to be no willingness to accommodate my busy schedule or a offer an alternative. read more

I decided to cross "pedicure" off the bucket list & found Le's, really close to home (I could walk there). Had a great experience: the place is roomy and has a very tranquil vibe and Michelle did a great job. They ask you to wash your hands when you come in and wear a mask (although she didn't). Enjoyed the whole thing and might even go back (maybe bring the g/f, whole loves this kind of thing). They have spacious parking too, which is a plus in HLP. From what Michelle told me they can get busy so it's probably best to make an appointment. Recommended. read more

This is my best friend's go to nail salon, so I came with her one day to catch up. This place is appointment only, which is nice because you don't have to waste your time waiting around. The staff are nice, the venue is organized and clean. (Some nail salons can have an over powering chemical smell of polish and acetone etc., which is expected but I'm not a fan of). The seats are nice, I really like the back Massage! Parking is limited on the street, there is a parking lot across the street but you need to pay. I wanted a pedicure with an ombre color change from pink to orange. They said they couldn't do it on my toes so I asked for it for just the big toe. The lady tried but it didn't look right so I wanted her to redo it. She was hesitating so I asked if she wanted to just do a flower instead. She said yes but the orange wasn't showing well on my pink toe nail, so she suggested using white. That's definitely worked and added a pop. But then my big toe nail didn't match the orange toenails so I asked her to add some orange in the design but she was hesitant. :/ Definitely agree with a previous yelper, Dana P. I drive around 20 minutes to come to Le's. The workers are super professional and the place is always clean. I had made an appointment at 2 and was asked to sit in a chair with the massage settings on. I waited about 30 minutes but Tim let me know because I waited he was going to give me a discount. It's not about the discount but the acknowledgment he made that really got to me. I will always make that drive. read more

FUCK THIS PLACE Michelle was trying to charge me $55 dollars for the length shown in the second photo. When I had walked in, she had said $26. I asked her why it was so expensive, and she said it was because the length I chose was too long, and the shape I wanted was $5 more dollars. she also claimed I had gel polish on, when it was just clear coat. When I decided I wasn't going to stay for the rest of the set she got upset and started to yank off the tips she glued with a cuticle trimmer super aggressively. She began to yank my natural nails off with the tip. I got up and told her she was damaging my nails and left. First time coming in, and I can't believe I just payed $116 for a full set and a pedicure, and I didn't even get any designs. They were just simple nails. I had asked for clear glitter polish and instead the lady when ahead and put on a regular glitter all over my nail which I didn't want at all, her respons was "its okay my friend" They charged me $70 just for the nails + $15 for nail polish it's ridiculous. I'm finally found my nail place! I moved to the area a couple years ago and have finally found my "go-to" nail salon. When searching for a salon, I'm just looking for a consistent, thorough mani pedi. No fancy nail art or acrylics, just time and attention to a basic mani pedi. It was a 30 min mani/pedi at the same time by Lisa and Kim. They were welcoming and friendly. They took their time with the basics like cleaning up cuticles, spent a solid 5 mins on a massage (a lot to ask for from a salon sometimes) and careful application of nail polish. I've tried out so many places in the last couple years that speed through the service, halfheartedly clip some cuticles, rub a little lotion on your hands for a couple seconds and rush to the next person. I was so pleasantly surprised to find this is not that place! If you're looking for a salon that takes care of you, gives your nails AND cuticles time and attention, then look no further. They did a great job and on top of that we're so kind and friendly. Thank you all for the great experience today! read more
