My partner and I were in Juan-les-Pins on a rainy (atypical) April evening and really needed a good dinner option that opened early-ish (6:30 pm) because we were tired from traveling all day. Le Potager was perfect. Staff were so lovely, welcoming, and accommodating . We thought the restaurant was open at 6:30, but found out that it did not open until 7pm. But the staff let us come in early anyway and have a drink while the staff got ready for the dinner service. (And they spoke English to help us who spoke pretty basic French navigate the menu, etc.) The drinks (Aperol spritz and Mojito) were refreshing and relaxing. We had the plats du jour (truffle risotto and duck confit) as well as the entree du jour (wolf fish ceviche) and they were excellently prepared. We finished the meal with lovely desserts (bananas flame and chocolate panna cotta). I am so glad we happened to walk by and find this place. What a gem! read more
