The service was friendly and the food was as follows; Fruit Salad - Overpriced at €8 for maybe €0.50 of fruit. Had bananas in it soaking in fruit juice that was like baby food on the bottom. Margherita pizza - Ok, kids liked it. Draft beer - Never arrived, had to ask they take it off the bill. Cheese and Meat medium size - Ham, delicious. Prosciutto, meh. Only two slices of the same type of cheese. This is the 4th charcuterie board we had this vacation and this falls in last. Caprese Salad - Ok. Probably the best part. Overall, place has above average air conditioning and below to average food. Nice waitress though, she did well and was kind.

We stumbled upon Cin Cin without looking up any reviews and it ended up being the best restaurant…read morewe dined at during our entire Italy vacation. After shopping in the area, we walked into Cin Cin and were greeted by a friendly waiter who directed us upstairs into another dining area. Dining area was spacious with two tables literally perched on a small outdoor balcony. Unfortunately both were occupied when we arrived but I recommend coming early/later to see if you can grab one of those tables. We were quickly provided menus but unfortunately had a hard time getting the attention of our server for the rest of the meal. However, once we got our food, it completely made up for the poor service. We ordered the carbonara and another red sauce pasta with the same cured pork on the carbonara (can't remember the name) but the sauce, the texture of the pasta, the flavors... everything was absolutely perfect. We ordered a white wine to pair with our pasta which was delicious as well. By far, the best pasta we had in Italy and one of the best pastas I've had in my life! Again, service was subpar, at least where we sat that night, but the food absolutely makes up for it. We noticed it was all locals when we were there that night too which was telling. Will definitely be bookmarking this place to recommend to friends and family and will absolutely be back next time I'm in Rome.

We initially went in for a cocktail, but after sitting for a bit and seeing the plates go back and forth, we asked if it was possible to get a table. The bartender, who was incredibly friendly motioned to the young lady at the front and inquired. She immediately said "of course" and took us to lovely table. I opted for the Nebbiolo braised beef cheek and mashed potatoes and my partner ordered the Veal ossobuco in gremolada with battered carrots. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and I now wish I had taken a picture. Our server recommended a bottle of wine which was perfectly paired with our meals. The next day, we decided to return. Though it was crowded, they sat us immediately. I ordered the Sliced Danish beef fillet, served with demi-glace and seasonal vegetables and my partner ordered the Golden tuna tataki, mixed vegetables with soy and grapefruit gel. Again, both dishes absolutely mouth watering. We took turns taking bites off of each others plates. When dinner was complete, we decided to have a cocktail on the roof patio. I have to say, the staff is not only friendly, professional and attentive, but they really pay attention to what's going on. Three gentlemen sat next to us on the outside railing and began to smoke. I'm highly allergic and our server noticed me putting my finger to my nose many times. She came out to the patio, tapped me on the shoulder and said "your table is ready, come with me". I was about to remind her we had just dined when she put her finger to her lips in the "shhh" position. She sat us at a lovely inside table by the window of the patio and told us "now you can enjoy your cocktail without smoke". Now THAT'S service. I can't wait to return to the iQ Hotel and this restaurant. What a wonderful experience.

I am not sure what the building was, must've been a theater of some sort. It looked like a pantheon and was nicely illuminated. We didn't actually have any food just gelato. The waitress who was taking care of the tables outside pointed to a specific table where we could sit it to have the ice cream. I felt like she was doing me a favor by allowing me to sit there, She kept coming over to ask us if we needed anything. I had an ice cream and no menu, it was obvious I didn't need anything. I know it was her being rude because I saw her doing the same to another couple who was enjoying ice cream as well. They were not busy, soso it's not like we were hogging up the tables. I didn't appreciate her attitude.

It wasn't expensive and it was in a great location (right across from our hotel). We were waited on fairly quickly. There were quite a few options to choose from. I ended up getting the chicken and chips/fries. It was rotisserie chicken with great seasoning and the fry chips were good too. It came with a little sauce too that was tasty. My friend got a huge steak and fry chips too. She ate every bit of it. The waiter was really nice, he checked on us in between cleaning up and taking orders at the counter. This place isn't what you would typically think to eat while in Rome but it was good for us to break up the food week with something a little different (borderline fast foodish). I would go back to a Johnny Gallo.

The tiramisu my brother ordered was also delicious, and he got the lasagna, which was another 10 out of 10. The meat and cheese charcuterie board was so good that we ate all of it, even though we don't usually like prosciutto. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. Great service, great wine, and great food. 10 out of 10. I would absolutely recommend Suburra 1930 and will definitely return the next time I'm in Rome.

The menu felt like a beautiful balance of modern creativity and classic Italian tradition. Every dish tasted intentional, like each flavor had a purpose and nothing was just there for decoration. The atmosphere was just as memorable--cozy, warm, and the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy a long dinner together after wandering the city all day. And the tiramisu? Absolutely unforgettable. Light, rich, and perfectly balanced. I loved it so much that we came back the very next night just to have it again. If you're in Rome and looking for thoughtful, beautifully executed Italian food in a comfortable setting, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Also I should have asked what kind of sauce it was served in but neglected to do that. I would have thought the server would have told me. All in all the food was good, the service was just ok. They did one thing I've never seen in an Italian restaurant, and that is bring the bill before I asked for it. It was like they were rushing me out of there because they had a lot of people waiting to get in. That's something that an American restaurant would do.
