I had an appointment at another nail salon and after waiting over half an hour WITH an appointment, I left and found this little gem of a nail salon right off Roosevelt. This place has been around since 1995 according to Ann, the sweetest Vietnamese lady who did my nails. Nancy (who did my feet) was fast and efficient. They both have great attention to detail and did an amazing job! Overall, customer service is fantastic! I had absolutely no wait time. The inside was comfy and clean & the staff even offers chilled wine while you wait. This was probably one of BEST experiences I have had in Jacksonville. This place goes above and beyond catering to what the client wants. And although I did not purchase the full spa mani pedi, I left this establishment with gorgeous hands and feet for $22 including tip! 5 STAR HAPPINESS! : )

Jessica does a fantastic job. No infections or cuts like the other reviews of this place. But I have only gone through her and one other lady. She's awesome and deals with pickiness without a gripe. Cuz I'm SUPER annoying and anal when it comes to lines and symmetry. Thank you Jessica

Was suppose to go to a different nail salon but they were closed. We found Le Nails a few blocks over and glad that we came here. My mom got the spa pedicure deluxe and loved it, she was very relaxed and her tech was very nice. I got my full set acrylics, and Le did a wonderful job! The vibe of the place is very relaxing and the teamwork from everyone is just superb, resulting to a very good customer service. I will be going here from now on and will be recommending it to friends and family!

I'm giving them 2 stars because they didn't even get the design of the nail i wanted right. the first nail i showed is what i got. The second nail is what i wanted It looks sloppy and ugly. It looks like a beginner did the design. So i will never ever be coming back because they are horrible. And this isn't even the first time they've messed up nails. I wouldn't recommend coming here or telling your friends to come here. It looks all nice at first but it's really not.

Terrible nails!!!! If I could leave no stars, I would do so. I have gone to this salon before and got a good pedicure, and my daughter got her nails done. They looked really good. They were exactly how she wanted them and an almost identical match to the picture she provided them with prior to having her nails done. We went to today, and I decided to have my nails done as well as hers done. I had gotten a pedicure earlier, which was good, so I returned about an hour later to get our nails done. Neither one of got anything remotely like we had asked for done. I wanted my nails to be square, and she wanted hers done in coffin style. I was alright when they didn't have the color I wanted and chose a glitter instead, and my daughter was fine when they could not do hers clear/purple and chose a different purple color. As I was not happy, and they could tell, I would have been fine paying less than what they charged-$146!!! I left a tip, but these nails are trash. Considering we had such an excellent experience a few months ago, and my pedicure was fine today- I was beyond disappointed. I will add that I can read. I was overcharged for the basic pedicure earlier but thought, what's $5, I can deal with it. I did get our eyebrows waxed but bit $146 plus tip for these nails is a shame. Both times today I was told one total, and then the owner? manager? made the technicians charge me more each time, and the second time after they had charged me $132 and then hand wrote on an additional $14. I will NEVER return and advised everyone else I know to skip this place as well. Wretched experience. This was the first set of acrylic nails I have had in over a decade. And now my experience is even more horrible. I woke up to nail fungus on my middle finger, right hand. Never use this salon! Had a basic pedicure with Jessica. The basic costs only $23 which is a semi decent price. To jump up to where you can get a scrub and hot towel OR hot stones was an extra $9. Then they had way more expensive pedicure options that I didn't even look at because they started at $45+. There are other salons that offer more for a lower price. The people were nice and accommodating for a group of 5 girls on a weeknight. I didn't know that I had chosen a nail polish that is $3 more than the others. Luckily they let me know before they applied it, but I felt they could have been more clear that there were different rates based on the bottle of nail polish. I had never experienced that at any salon except for SNS or gel. It is one of the better salons in the area and I would consider returning.

New update. The woman owner who was standing there and argued back with me rudely when I asked the nail tech to use matching colors please.... messaged me on here and asked why I didnt complain and also said the guy who cut me was fired. MoRe LiEs. She was there and told me I was wrong. You can clearly tell and in the picture posted the owner and nail tech could clearly telll they'd used the wrong products either way AND THEN TOLD ME I DID NOT ASK FOR WHITE GEL POWDER AND THEN CUT ME for wanting it not painted over with white nail polish that will chip when I had already previously paid another shop for gel costs. So not only did I lose on the fill in but I also lost the cost of the gel already on. I've been to the doctor for the cuts on my finger to make sure there would be no infection as this nail shop uses disgustingly dirty old falling apart nail blocks they never clean over and over and I'm also going to call the state board on this location three times a year until I feel the 60$ for the set I lost and my cuts to be checked are paid for. So I hope it was worth being rude and lying and then not fixing it to never know when state board will pop up......In the end it will cost much much more then just what you cost me in pain and money!

I've been going to Le Nails now for almost a year and they have yet to disappoint. I always ask for Rina and she always does an amazing job. Even if they are slammed she always takes her time and makes an effort, a trait which I find lacking in a lot of the other salons in Jax. The atmosphere is also very relaxing. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
