My pedicure was okay, but I wish they had told me they were not capable of doing a dip manicure with French tips properly or I never would've gone They ended up painting my tips which chipped away in two days, I wasted three hours, and it cost me $100 plus added tip. The place is dirty, and the owner is trying to manage too many things at once. While doing my manicure, she got up at least five times and left me to go work on another client. Then she would come back without washing her hands after touching another clients feet, and start working on my hands again. Never again.

The dip was applied so thick I could barely function with my nails, and leftover powder was caked underneath. I was cut several times with the sanding tool, the nails weren't smooth, and there were visible ridges. The service dragged on for over an hour and a half, and the end result looked worse than when I walked in. I decided to give them another chance and specifically booked with the tech who had done such a great job the first time. When I arrived, she was already working on someone else and it turned out I'd been double booked. She didn't acknowledge me or apologize, which was frustrating. Another tech stepped in and did her best--she did a good job on the dip itself--but she was rushed and handed me off to someone else for the top coat, which ended up streaky and uneven. I even had to go back inside to get one nail fixed, but several others still had flaws. After two such drastically different experiences, I won't be back. I usually don't even make appointments, and the one time I did, it felt like my business wasn't valued at all. The vibe is mostly relaxing. They have calming music playing. Depending on who is doing your nails varies the cleanliness. Some stations are clean while others have dirt caked on.

And ive paid alot of money just for them to pop off, which I think is a total scam. the paint job was terrible and it only took them 10 mins to do them, which is ovb a rush.
