I initially thought I would do the Natural Lashes which is what I've typically done with other lash technicians. The lady on the phone explained to me that the Natural Lashes are typically J curls and 11mm in length. Since I usually do C curls, she recommended the Glamour Lash Set instead. I paid a $30 deposit as this is a requirement in case you no-show or cancel within 24 hour notice and paid the remaining balance of $70 via Zelle after getting my lashes done. Note: if you pay with credit card, you will have taxes & fees added so make sure to bring cash or use Zelle. Also, tip is only via cash so come prepared. My lash technician, Lola, did a great job! My lashes have more volume and still look natural, but just more enhanced. She also has such a light touch (either that or I was super tired) because I definitely fell asleep for a bit. I didn't have any stinging or eye pain either. Good try; will definitely consider coming back if this set lasts long!

At least my tech, Sofia does ;) She's gentle, doesn't put lashes too close to your lash line, and they LAST, as they should. There was one time when my lashes fell off quicker than it normally does but I think that's when I had another tech work on my lashes. Once I communicated that to the owner, she told me to come in for a fix right away. Also to be noted - the owner may seem a little tough but she's a sweetheart. I think she's just foreign and may come off rough around the edges. She's not mean though lol. She's actually pretty funny. The space is small but clean and pretty. They've done really well with the space that they have. They make sure to have you take off your shoes on the bed which I appreciate. They have little goodie bags with lash care instructions and spoolies to take home. The pricing is very fair for Queens, especially for the quality of work done. Many other places might be cheaper but so will the quality of the job. I get the volume lashes and come back for fills every 3-4 weeks. They stay on really well. This place is a gem and I hope they don't get too popular for my selfish reasons!

Texted Mirella requesting full refund as I now have to pay for removal by another salon as well a new set as obviously I have no further confidence in her or her lash technicians. This time, from the appointment process to the actual treatment process, I interacted with another girl. The previous ladies weren't there. This was the first time I've gotten lash extensions where I flinched several times because it felt like the eyelash was stabbing my eyelids. There were also several times where I felt like my lashes were getting pulled and tangled. It's never happened before. Also the other lady who usually does my extensions in the past always washed her hands before she touched my eyes but this new girl came from outside and didn't wash her hands.
