Went back to the store to exchange it (not return), but she insisted that I opened it (when I did not even receive it sealed myself but I didn't mind because I thought the shop is reputable) and certainly I didn't use it. Instead she and some guard in there threatened us to call the police. She said if I really want to complain, I should wait 30 days and I was just in Prague for a vacation. While not cheap, she loved every minute of her time in the shop; she came in with some expectations for her custom creation and every one of those requirements were met! Now they've upgraded to glass packaging, which looks nicer and probably feels more "premium." But the formula has completely changed... and not in a good way. It's much more liquid, less rich, and even after 3-4 pumps, my hands still feel dry. On top of that, the price has gone up. Honestly, I would take the old plastic packaging back any day if it meant getting the original quality again.
