While not cheap, she loved every minute of her time in the shop; she came in with some expectations for her custom creation and every one of those requirements were met! Went back to the store to exchange it (not return), but she insisted that I opened it (when I did not even receive it sealed myself but I didn't mind because I thought the shop is reputable) and certainly I didn't use it. Instead she and some guard in there threatened us to call the police. She said if I really want to complain, I should wait 30 days and I was just in Prague for a vacation. Clearly, they have some scheme to get rid of some products and they target tourists!

The fragrances are made directly in the little lab which is in the same building as the boutique.
