Instead she and some guard in there threatened us to call the police. She said if I really want to complain, I should wait 30 days and I was just in Prague for a vacation. While not cheap, she loved every minute of her time in the shop; she came in with some expectations for her custom creation and every one of those requirements were met! Do not get me wrong, this is a premium experience with a premium cost, but everything here is done well. Staff are multilingual (as is the website) and you can tell that you are in good hands from the moment you walk in. Now they've upgraded to glass packaging, which looks nicer and probably feels more "premium." But the formula has completely changed... and not in a good way. It's much more liquid, less rich, and even after 3-4 pumps, my hands still feel dry. On top of that, the price has gone up. Honestly, I would take the old plastic packaging back any day if it meant getting the original quality again.
